Where do I begin? I previously had a flooding issue in my basement that led to mold. Premium General Contractors came out, assessed the situation, and handled everything professionally and thoroughly. I was extremely impressed with the quality of their work. So when I decided to open a wall in my walk-in closet to create a pass-through into a bedroom that Im converting into a massive custom closet, I knew exactly who to call. The same father-and-son duo returned, and once again, they have done an outstanding job. Theyre not even finished yet, and Im already beyond impressed with the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism they bring to the project. Premium General Contractor is our go to. They have always done excellent and professional work for us at a reasonable cost. From the beginning to the end they see the process through. This time we used them to repair our rotted out fascia board as our gutter began falling off. They replaced the rotted boards, wrapped in new metal, and rehung the gutter. They also replaced the metal trim that has been flaking paint along the side of our garage. The work was performed professionally and timely. If youre thinking about a project call them, you will not be disappointed.

They did amazing work! We are renovating our bathroom, but decided drywall was not something we wanted to attempt ourselves. Premium was quick with getting over to our house for an estimate, and scheduling the job. They did excellent work, and the price was very fair! They had the bathroom done the same day, and cleaned up after themselves so thoroughly, it was as if they were never there They even fixed a couple of small spots on our ceiling that were not part of the job, just because they were working in there. Very friendly guys, and they put up with 2 annoying poodles barking at them every time they came and went. Highly recommend, and we will be calling them again for other work!
