Phoenix fast patch did wonderful work In my home! I had a leak and it affected multiple parts of my home and we got many quotes and nobody was as reasonable as they were! Very friendly and communication the entire way through. Very reasonably priced and did wonderful work on my home, you cant even tell there was anything that happened! We are so happy we went with him because the work was so well done and it looks so good! Excellent attention to detail and we couldnt be happier with our end result!!

Baseboard was damaged from a solar panel mount allowing water into the attic, down the wall to the floor. Josh tested the drywall for wetness and removed and installed the baseboard and color match paint.

Hello, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the company I hired to complete some repair work in our training room. The job involved filling several holes in the wall and needed to be completed within 24 hours. I reached out, and he was able to come out the very same day to take care of it. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The wall looks very good, and you would not be able to tell repairs were even needed. Highest compliments! The work was completed back in Aug. and due to several work trips, my favorable review has gone unpublished. Three months later, and my appreciation endures. Highly professional - the work was caused by a hard to reach AC unit that the original builder out above the ceiling in the garage. Had to cut open the ceiling to access the problem unit. RESOURCEFUL - the AC company scoped the drywall work to merely cover the hole. Essentially, drywall the new unit with the same inaccessibility of the old. Phoenix Fast Patch proposed a better solution, to frame and install a ceiling hatch for future access. RESPONSIVE - summer AC repairs put contractors in high-demand. He was communicative. Called. Texted. Respected our schedules. EXCELLENCE- the job was done with precision. Needed to move a light fixture. The workspace was clean and orderly. TRUSTWORTHY- has a general contractor background. Knows his stuff. Relocated his family from Maine. Was a pleasure to work with. Only regret - it took me three months to get this posted. HIGHEST recommendation and appreciation.

A former tenant at our house in Avondale took out his aggressions on the walls (and apparently his aggressions were numerous), so I called Joshua. He worked quickly and did a beautiful job, even fixing some flaws that I hadnt noticed. His price was very fair, and he was friendly and courteous. The A/C company we used unfortunately did some damage to the attic access when installing a new unit (unavoidable) however they sent Josh and his son from Phoenix Fast Patch to do the repair work. Joshua did a great job on my 16 foot high ceiling. I had holes from the previous owners light fixture. He even fixed a few areas that I did not have in the estimate no charge. In the end you would never know where the holes were. Perfect match.

Josh is the man! I reached out to him to repair the dry wall around my bedroom door, and also the door frame. He was speedy and did a phenomenal job. He actually did such a great job, that I asked if he could repair a hole in a bathroom wall, that was separate from my initial request. His pricing and delivery is more than fair, and Ill absolutely be using him for any further dry wall needs I may have!

Josh did an excellent job on the repair of my drywall. He was very friendly and efficient. No leftover materials, anywhere dust, etc. I couldnt even tell that anybody had been there. Mostly just disappointing after seeing all the rave reviews. At first everything seemed great, Josh replied to my inquiry about finishing my bathroom drywall. My husband and I did most of the rework, including horizontal taping and refill. We hired him for a level 4 finish and skim coat of the ceiling. Within a few hours of inquiry, Josh replied and gave me a quote. Outside of the first day, he was never on time, nor even close to his scheduled time, it always seemed like our project was at the bottom of his list. Thankfully my husband works from home, bet even still he was literally never here when he said. Upon finishing the project it was clear that Josh has skill, but puts little effort into his work. My husband and I have had to refill and patch around outlets and also cut a switch out of the wall because it was completely mudded behind the drywall. He did save us time, which is why we hired him, but we still put 3+ hours into filling air bubbles and hiring someone to get the shower wall he secured squarely so that our tile in the new shower lined up with the endpoint of the wall. The only reason he is getting 3 stars is because he came back once to fix a few places I sent him images of.... Again with little effort. He is a really nice guy and I am sure he can do great work when he can take his time.
