My wife and I purchased a 60-year-old house and knew we would need new roof. We received three quotes, the last of which was from Tim at Perkins. By the time Tim arrived, we thought we knew roofing. Tim spent about an hour with us, answering questions about everything construction. Perkins' price was competitive, but by the time Tim left, he felt like family. During the job, we got to know Charlie. I am sure they earned their salaries. They were always available and informative. The pictures and videos made me feel like I was a part of the team. My wife and I went through the same quote process for replacing the windows. One company started out with a quote in excess of $80k and with special discounts and all of the other crap. All the while, I was thinking this guy should sell used cars! Perkins' price again, and Tim's customer service. The windows are on order! I am a Jupiter resident and live in Abacoa. I recommend Perkins Roofing with highest regard. Perkins was not the cheapest bid, but the quality of their workmanship was outstanding. Tim is an extremely knowledgeable guy and answered all my questions. Tim's youtube videos are very helpful. His proposal for my new roof was the best fit for what I was looking for. I recommend you also ask for a secondary water barrier for homeowners insurance discounts. Charlie the project manager was also exceptional. The team showed up when promised, and worked 10 hour days until the project was finished. They included drone videos and photos of all the work as it progressed. They handled all the logistics and inspections. I had to do nothing. They also created a text group including their cell phone numbers and answered any questions within hours regardless of the day or time. Perkins' employees took great care with my home and were pleasant, courteous, and extremely neat. The final price matched the quoted amount with no surprises. My neighbor was so impressed that he just hired Perkins to do his roof next. I highly recommend Perkins for any roofing job.

Excellent new metal roof install in Jupiter Farms/Jupiter - highly recommend for any roofing needs. Whether repair, consultation, re-roof or other. Roofing is a complex and sensitive topic in South Florida. We were recommended the company by another highly-rated tradesperson, and after getting a total of four estimates - we went with this despite the minimally higher price. The difference was the transparency of the communication. They have a full YouTube channel full of technical roofing information. They also post on Instagram. They answer any and all your client questions by email, phone or text. Their integrity is beyond exceptional. We were getting new siding done simultaneously - and while another roofing company said they could do gable flashing after the fact by cutting into the new hardie planks and it would be fine - this roofer said no. Thats not the proper way to do it - and the roofer worked with the siding company and us the clients to ensure it was done properly. We are so pleased with everything and how it turned out! Definitely seriously contact them for your situation and needs. A roof is not something you want to compromise or shortchange on.

Tim and his team repaired a leak in our roof in a very professional and efficient manner. It was merely a few days from the initial call to Tim to project completion. While a leak is never something you want to deal with, this process was as smooth as it gets with them.

Tim and his team have done an amazing job. We have discovered a leak in our roof that needed immediate attention. I called Perkins Roofing on a late Monday morning for a quote. With Snowbird season in Florida we did not have much hope of getting any action before the year end. Well I was wrong! Tim Kanak (President at Perkins Roofing) called and asked if he could come out in the afternoon to check things out. He took 90 out of his day to thoroughly inspect the roof from both the attic and the roof to take detailed pictures. He patiently answered all our questions, came up with multiple solutions and - above all - listened to our needs. The same night he shared a detailed quote including photos/videos documenting the leak. After having paid a deposit his team came out the next day (!) and completed the repair in 2 days. The workers were very friendly and professional. Calling the office to ask about the invoice we have been treated very well and they have answered all of our questions - great customer service! Overall, I was blown away with the professionalism and service level the Perkins team has shown! Highly recommend this company.

I did a considerable amount of research into options to replace my roof, and after talking to friends in my neighborhood I found Perkins Roofing. From the beginning, Tim was exceptionally detailed in providing information, even helping me compare other vendor bids to his "line by line". Before the job was even complete I provided a referral to a neighbor. Work was done on time, as promised, and appears to be very good quality.

As a fellow Jupiter farms resident. I always try to stay local. I reached out on facebook for a roofing company and Perkins was the #1 recommendation. I'm glad I listened. Perkins was not the cheapest bid, but the quality of Tim's presentation of his company and their workmanship was outstanding. He included drone videos, photos, texts, instant responses 7 days a week, his project managers' cell #'s, email links to videos of ALL the work as it progressed and coordinated the arrangement of all the subcontractors/permits involved. Perkins' employees were pleasant, courteous and extremely neat. My job was completed 2 weeks earlier than predicted. A 6000 sq ft roof is a BIG investment.
