Very professional and great communication. I had a vent from my hot water heater damage a bathroom/bedroom wall. Max cut open the wall and discovered a seam in the vent leaking. Im thrilled with the job Mat Davis from Perfect Patch did in my garage! My water heater had leaked while I was out of town and soaked all the surrounding drywall. Before having a new water heater installed, I needed to get rid of all the wet drywall and replace it with new drywall to prevent mold growth. I used Perfect Patchs easy form on their website to request an estimate, and Mat responded that same day, then came out the very next day to take a look. Upon meeting Mat, he immediately struck me as an honest, decent person. Mat gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work and said he could start immediately! He got right down to business, testing the areas that were wet, then removing the wet drywall. He did a great job cleaning up before he left. When he returned to install the new drywall, he did an absolutely beautiful job! He also installed a new piece of plywood (that the water heater sits on), because the previous one had gotten wet and was warped. Once again, he left my garage very clean - even cleaner than it was before he started the work! Mat clearly takes great pride in his work and pays very close attention to detail. It was such a pleasure to meet Mat, and I will definitely reach out to him again in the future if I need additional work. Wouldnt call anyone else! Matt and Dave showed up early, set everything up (in the rain, too!) and then let me know they were there when they were ready. They patched up this hole and were done within 30 minutes and Matt even kept a piece of the wall and wrapped it up and labeled it nicely so that we could get the right paint if needed.
