From the initial call to every call in between this company has always been professional and polite but more important personable. We had to deal with additional work around with health and hospitalizations and the team was extremely accommodating while completing the drying task at hand. Having a 100 year old farmhouse had concerns but this team worked hard and did check ups practically every day working around my schedule changes which I appreciate. I would highly recommend this company because of the quality of work and their expertise in explaining every single stage of this restoration to reconstruction.

They really went above and beyond when it came to my homes restoration, they treated my home and all my belongings with care, my insurance adjuster was not easy to deal with for me and for them and I appreciate Paul Davis Restoration for dealing with that with professionalism and open communication. By the time I reached the contents portion of this disaster, my head was spinning. A pipe burst and my entire basement was under water. The main portion of the basement was converted into my childrens playroom. Every toy that was held dear to my babies was gone. This was not only heartbreaking but to say that I was overwhelmed is an understatement. I had no idea where to begin. Little did I know, I wasn't going to have to do a thing. In walks the project manager Mike not to mention holding a box of donuts. I would call him a savior but it might just be too light of title for him and his crew. All smiles, very calmly they got to work and when I say they went fast, I could barely keep up with what was happening. As soon as this crew got to work, I immediately felt the weight lift off of my shoulders and just knew I was going to be ok. It honestly felt like I had family over my house helping me pick up the pieces after this disaster instead of some company working in my basement. What they were able to get done in three days would have taken me months and I cant thank Mike and his crew at Paul Davis enough.

A recent storm blew off a few rows of shingles on our home, causing leaks after nearly a week of no power. Within 24hrs PDR had a crew out to perform an emergency fix that went above a tarp, they replaced and color matched the shingles. Excellent job, will be contacting for more work.

Paul Davis, especially Phil and Devin were exceptional. In my opinion they went above and beyond to make my temporary repair both better looking and more functional by using a pack of replacement shingles instead of a tarp on my roof. They responded promptly and got me taken care of same day. Phil had stopped by 3 times to check the work performed by the team and documented everything thoroughly for my insurance. Will certainly reach out to them first if I run into any issues in the future.

Dave the project manager was very good always got in touch w me and always responded quickly whenI called him. Don the person who did the dry wall and the painter were very good and very neat. Devin on the other hand never made much contact w me and I never got the paperwork I should have received once the work started. I am still waiting to hear from him regarding the final payment. If it wasn't for Dave I probably would still not have the paperwork.

When I came home to a flooded home I was Devastated to say the least. Paul Davis was out to my home within a couple hours to clean up and start drying out. Thank goodness for the entire team and Larry & Keelan who handled all what needed to be done w insurance co. They were prompt , saved me a lot of headaches and now looking forward to the next step of putting things back together . Professional, They take time to answer all questions and are honest . Larry did an excellent job organizing our insurance claim and locating an extremely hard to find gazebo replacement that identically matches our old unit. We had a fire in April 2024. Once we had insurance notified we were put in contact with Dylan and Devon with Paul Davis. They held my hand while dealing with the multitude of questions I had. They explained things very clearly. Once the demo was done the reconstruction started Don and his awesome crew of plumbers HVAC and builders worked so hard to make sure my house was prefect and ready for us to move back in before winter. I really appreciated how they listened to how i wanted my house to look. We could not be more happy with the final product.
