I recently hired this painter service for my home, and Im really satisfied with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and well-organized from start to finish. They carefully inspected the walls, gave useful suggestions on color selection, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The painting quality was excellentsmooth finish, clean edges, and no uneven patches anywhere. They also protected my furniture and flooring properly, which showed their attention to detail. The work was completed within the promised time, and they cleaned everything thoroughly after finishing. I didnt face any hidden charges, and the pricing was fair for the quality delivered. I called Paintrite Pros main number to discuss a large paint project I was wanting a bid for. I got their voicemail and the mailbox was full. I sent a text message and heard back via text a while later. When I called back to discuss the project, the owner Chris picked up. He was very short and it seemed like I was inconvenience to his day. Sad that I received this type of support from the owner, especially since I had worked with the company 6-7 years ago in a large project and his employees had given much better customer service than him. Not sure what changed, but it's definitely a bummer.

Chris and his team did an amazing job painting my home. The staff who painted the house were professional and provided their feedback based on the colors I chose. I did select one color which was much lighter than the sample card I chose. They painted a little section to show me what it looked like before the proceeded. They told me it was up to me but they did want to show me so I wouldnt be disappointed when it was completed. So glad they showed me what it looked like. I do love the look of my front door, painted it in black. Prior it was an oak color door just stained. The door really pops now. They did a great job and was diligent and provided me feedback on what they thought along the process. Appreciate their eye to help me with such a big process. Appreciate the team who painted the house. They cleaned up everything and left nothing behind.

I do NOT recommend this company and suggest you look elsewhere if you are reading this. If I could give a 0-star review, I would. We hired Paintrite for exterior painting, initially impressed by their professional demeanor. However, this turned out to be one of the worst experiences we've had. Out of the three crew members who came to our house, two were friendly and skilled painters. The third, however, was not a painter and did a poor job with crooked lines. The management of this project was consistent with other one-star reviews I've seen. We frequently heard the crew being pressured to finish quickly, seemingly at the expense of quality. Management promised the job would take two days, but after that time, there were still visible cracks and unfinished areas. It has now been 2-3 weeks since the start, and the work is still incomplete. Attempts to contact them by text were ignored, forcing us to visit their office for answers. Despite the expectation that a professional painting company would apply at least two coats, they only did one. When confronted, they claimed to "paint for coverage," yet the old paint is still visible. They promised to send someone to finish the job, but we are so dissatisfied that we no longer want their services. Additional issues include: Poor project management Persistent requests for completion that were ignored Paint spilled on our grass and rocks Leftover tape not removed Several areas still needing paint We paid a significant amount of money and received an incomplete job. This experience was unacceptable. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They gave me an estimate to paint the exterior of my house, which it was reasonable and, they said that their work is guaranteed for 5 years. They said that, they will power wash, prep the surface and caulk all the gaps before painting. The old caulking was not removed, before adding new, and none of the rough spots were sanded to clean off the old paint. When I asked the painters about that, their response was, "There is no need to remove the old caulking, we just add to it and, we don't do any sanding!". Imagine a painter who does not prep the surface before painting! The "Icing on the Cake" of this paint job came, when the painter, to my surprise, very meticulously, saved the buckets of the new paint; without any spills on their side! He then, diluted the new paint in the old buckets that he had brought with him for the paint job, saving much of the new paint in the new buckets. He diluted the paint so much, that, it ran in quite a few areas, leaving run-off marks! This was the worst paint job I have seen. Anyone intending to hire these folks should think more than twice. I am amazed at the reviews on their website, their sources and authenticity! I would give them no stars, if it was possible.

I had the inside of my house painted in 2018. I was on a very tight schedule with having flooring done as well and Paintrite worked into my schedule. They didnt take long at all. There were a couple areas that I thought needed touch up and they took care of quickly and without pause. I called them back again in 2021 to paint the outside of my home. Its beautiful!!! I couldnt be happier. The staff here has always been friendly and available to me. Its a bonus when your field manager is a cutie :). 5 stars all day.

Anthony the salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, the work done did not measure up. The workers were punctual and respectful but there was communication barrier. Only one of the crew spoke English. The work done was just fair. They didnt fill all the holes before painting, didnt sand there was so the line from the old baseboard shows through the paint, they didnt use the correct texturize to match my wall texture and its in the middle of the wall in multiple spots. Anthony said they could apply multiple colors to my repainted red brick fireplace. A picture was provided at the time of booking and when they did a walk through prior to paint day. Unfortunately, when the workers arrived in paint day they said they could only paint one color and couldnt guarantee it would come out right if they tried doing multiple colors. Such a disappointment! I upheld my end of the business arrangement and paid what they asked but they didnt completely fulfill their end. I do not recommend this crew!

**Update: I finally received a call back from Bryan and his team, and they offered to come out and do my estimate and provide a discount due to the inconvenience Id experienced previously. Bryan was forthcoming in explaining what happened, apologized for the inconvenience, and assured me that they wanted to keep me as a customer. So we made a new appointment, and this time his team was responsive, prompt and professional. They did such great work in the past, so Im really glad that their team is back up and running. We definitely look forward to working with Bryan and his team on projects in the future! I used this company to paint my home in 2021 and they did a great job at a reasonable price, for which I give 2 stars, minimum. But fast forward to 2022, and frankly, I cant tell if theyre out of business or whats going on. I reached back out them for an estimate to paint the exterior on a new property, but they never answered the phone at their office, and never returned my call after leaving a voicemail message. More disturbingly, when I booked an online appointment for an estimate, I never received a call back to confirm, and no one showed up to the appointment as scheduled. If this is how they treat their past customers, I can only imagine how they treat new ones.

I was very pleased with Paintrite Pros from start to finish. My initial contact was with Bryan, our salesman. He was great. On time and informative. He took the time to listen and address our concerns. He was always responsive and helpful on our follow up questions. Once we booked the job, the project manager, Jose Rangel, took over. He was very professional and thorough. We had some issues on our end (we picked a couple bad colors) but they did not miss a beat. They stopped the job and allowed us the time to pick new paint. Once things started rolling again it all went perfectly. Christian (the job site foreman) did a great job. When the job was finished, Jose was very deliberate in making sure we were satisfied. A lot of time was spent that last day going around our house and making sure everything was painted well. The crew probably spent an extra hour on touch ups. I could tell Jose genuinely wanted us to be content with the job. Further, during the project, every day they left for the night there was no mess and they stored the ladders, paint and other items in a tidy manner. It is important to add that I had this job done during the December rains. What a stressful crazy time. At no point was I overly concerned though. Jose was in constant communication with me letting me know the plan. And the plan went perfectly. I have an outdoor structure needing the next job. I will be using Paintrite in the spring for sure. Highly recommend.

Updating this review because the owner of the company did reach out to me after reading this review. He sent a supervisor out to deal with all of the issues and compensated us for the difficulties we experienced. They cleaned up all of the paint from the floors and touched up the cabinet paint as well. It would have been nice if the response was more timely, but in the end they were very professional and addressed all of our concerns. Given the results, we will definitely consider working with them in the future. We went with PaintRite pros for cabinet painting because their estimate was less than a general contractor, and I regret that decision. The paint looks ok, but we had to hang/adjust all of the cabinet doors ourselves and we are still finding paint drops on our wood floors and furniture where they spilled paint and didnt clean it up. They also poured paint on our next door neighbors brand new river rock landscaping. The whole thing was such a headache. I asked repeatedly to talk to a supervisor and they never sent anyone out. Then when they came pick up the final payment, the guy asked when we were going to paint the exterior. Ha!

NO I would not recommend this company based the experience I had. The only reason I'm not giving them one star is because of the young man Salvador, who was the crew foreman. He was extremely polite, respectful and tried to help as much as he could. The interaction I had with Salvador was the only positive thing about the entire situation. The customer service is terrible. They do not stick to the schedules they set. They do not call to tell you they won't be there. Every time I had an issue, I had to reach out to them. I had to reach out to them to find out when my site visit was scheduled. I had to reach out to them to find out what time they would be there to start the job. I had to reach out to find out why no one was there despite being told someone would be there at that time. My job was scheduled to start on Wednesday and go until Friday. Without my knowledge or approval, the start date was moved to Thursday. I was told a crew would be there at 8:00. No one showed up, I called the office at 9:00 to find out what was going on. After multiple calls with a couple of people, someone finally showed up at 1:20 in the afternoon. I was told my job "just showed up" the schedule. My job was scheduled and confirmed in January with an April start date. I didn't let the job start because I was told it wouldn't be done by Friday. My kitchen would have been unusable for the entire weekend until they finished it the following week, assuming they would even be back on Monday. I requested my job be moved to next week, with a Wednesday start date as originally set. I picked Wednesday to Friday because of my family schedule. It took several follow up phone calls and a very frustrated email to the owner, the sales person I worked with and the general info email address (I never heard back from any of these people) before the schedule was finally fixed. I called the office after the email because I hadn't heard anything from anyone. The response I got was "oh I saw your email and was expecting you to call." What? You got an upset email from a customer and didn't even bother to reach out? It took 3 full days to do my job. I had someone come back out and fix the inside of the cabinet doors because there was overspray from when the door was set on a bucket to paint the front (is that how you do it?), leaving a perfect circle on the back of each door. The crew member who came to fix the back did a good job on the back but in the process messed up the front of all of the doors. The worker set the doors on the dirt to paint them. The worker also got paint on my house in multiple spots, somehow managed to get it on my gutter, and used my fence in two different spots to lean the doors against to paint. I was frustrated because evidently the worker felt like he has free reign of the backyard. The first crew member who originally painted the cabinets stayed confined to my covered patio and left no trace when they were done. Additionally, trash was left in my yard. I had to put two calls in before someone came out to look at the additional issues. The doors were pulled off...again and the front was painted...again. I was given a very small discount considering all of the issues and hassle caused by the company. I'm also not 100% sure that the cabinet doors match the cabinet face after all the additional coats of paint. I've just stopped looking because I get more I look, the more frustrated I get. I'm very disappointed because out of all the renovations I was doing to my kitchen, the cabinets were the one thing I was the most excited about.

We hired PaintRite Pros to do the epoxy flooring in our garage and we're not happy with the result. The floor has a clear line across it where it looks like two different colors were used. In addition they did not clean up well and we are still finding piles of flakes in the garage corners and elsewhere. I do not recommend using this company for epoxy unless they hire someone else who is more detail oriented to do the work.
