Contracted this company for painting services. They did a sloppy job, painted with the wrong color and lied their way through it. Plus they didn't want to repaint it nor provide a refund.

We hired Paint World to paint kitchen cabinets and add new hardware. Work began on a Monday and looked as though a lot was done. However it is 3 months later and now obvious that first day nothing was sanded. They just slapped on some primer. ( I photoed below how their work looks 3 months later.) The following day, Tuesday two men showed up unannounced smelling like weed. They worked for 1 1/2 hr and left. Wednesday, Thursday no one showed up or called. We had to call and ask when would they be back with our drawers/cabinet doors. All our dishes, etc were laying on the counters awaiting them to finish. They casually said on Thursday that Monday or Tuesday theyd be back to finish. 1 and 1/2 week to paint kitchen cabinet doors. Mostly because they just never showed up after the first day on the job. As for the hardware they added, the handles are not even and most not straight. I am also providing photos of this work so others will see. Poor quality, terribly unprofessional. I hired Paintworld to to completely repair, paint and transform my old ugly orange brick house house to a beautiful freshly painted more modern home! I cant be more pleased with the outcome! They went over and above to repair rotten wood, fix my soffits where needed and even rehang gutters that had fallen. James even repaired my old wood shutters to save me money instead of making me get new ones! The crew showed up early and worked diligently to get the entire job done in less than 3 days from power washing everything to the final cleanup! They did not even leave a drop of paint anywhere it was so clean when they left. All of my patio furniture and everything was placed back neater then before they started! Im loving it!! I cant say enough good things about them!

Horrible people very unprofessional very disappointed in there work and Paul mistratta recommenced these very unprofessional people and I wouldnt recommend these people to paint my dog house again very disappointing

I wish I could give Paint World a negative star. Paul Mistretta hired these ppl to paint brand new doors, trim & paint a few rooms. I was excited to come home the 1st day to see what they had completed. I was disappointed in the one room they painted & did not want them to continue the job. Paul Mistretta & the owner of Paint World reassured me that I would be completely satisfied after the job was completed. I am anything but happy. They came back twice to touch up & paint the shoe mold. It took me over 2 hours to clean up the mess they left on my new floors. They used brushes to paint my brand new doors; its 2020, maybe you should invest in a sprayer. I am now stuck with their mess & have to spend more time & money to fix their mistakes. Please DO NOT hire these ppl. Also, I do not recommend Paul Mistretta as a contractor since he recommended them & defended their sloppy work. Extremely dissatisfied
