Second time using Oswego Drywall and couldn't be happier. Initial interaction was a few years ago when we had water intrusion from a roof leak into our bedroom. Alan was the point man and had a tech out to the house in just a few days for inspection and repair. It was a flawless transaction. Had them back out to the house today to patch up some electrical work that was recently done. Again, Alan responded within 24 hours and had a technician here within a week for repair. He asked for photos to be sent for scope of work and the technician revisited the work again today to confirm. The technician himself (Heraclio) was a true professional. I appreciated the effort he took in making sure everything was masked/taped off before applying the texture to avoid overspray onto things in the garage. He went to even further lengths in the house to ensure everything was tidy in a tight bedroom closet space. He was incredibly efficient and his work looks great. He also bagged up all his work material and took it with him. It's not uncommon for companies to leave used materials behind. Thank you!

I needed two softball-sized holes repaired in my walls. Within a couple of days a terrific worker from Oswego Drywall showed up and repaired the holes in a couple of hours--easy communication all around. I've re-painted, and you can't tell there was any damage. The worker was pleasant and tidy, and the price was very reasonable. I will use them again!

Exact same experience as Nathan Haney, Georgia R, etc. Shambolic organisation and communication. Messages go unresponded to for days and then they send someone without an appointment being made and dare to complain when you're not ready for work to start. A customer can't be ready for an appointment they haven't been told is happening! Then...the excuses start. "But it was a long weekend". "I haven't checked my messages since Thursday" etc etc etc.

Got a reasonable quote for our project and had heard great things about this company but our experience couldnt have been farther from it. Communication between the office staff and workers is basically nonexistent as we had to explain what needed to be done multiple times to the workers. They had to do our project 3 times and the only reason it was done correctly the 3rd time was because we were fully involved and Chris A. got involved as well. Once Chris showed up, the job was done correctly. Couldnt recommend him enough. Unfortunately though, it seems like the company is more concerned about numbers vs quality control and getting the job done correctly the first time.

Disorganized project management and office was not responsive when I expressed concerns. Sent one guy out each day to work for a few hours instead of just getting a crew out to get it all done, which meant that a large part of my house was unusable several days longer than expected (and over a weekend). They would not move furniture or paint the drywall after installing it, so I had to find someone else to do both. Would not use them again.

Great experience with this company. Good communication with Alan, who gave the estimate, and the drywall worker (also named Alan) repaired a ceiling hole made by a plumbing repair, and did some minor patches in our bathrooms. Alan completed the job faster than estimated, and cleaned up the mess afterward. When an invoice error was discovered, the company immediately corrected the mistake. I will use them for future drywall work.

We hired Oswego Drywall to apply a hand brocade finish to a ceiling, to match our existing plaster hand brocade. The finisher was professional, neat and did a great job. He also took the time to answer all my questions and even taught me how to do it if I wanted to try my hand at it in the future (I don't). Highly recommended for matching difficult finishes.

Have had these guys out for two different projects that required detail work to match ceiling texture, fixing prior shoddy work, framing and installing around metal vents, and much more.
