Pedro came out the same day to check out my parents roof after some storms and was great to work with. He took pictures of the problem area and explained everything clearly so we understood what was going on. Since more bad weather was coming, he gave us a few options and helped us decide to tarp the roof temporarily until the storms passed. Once the weather cleared, he came back and fixed the area. He was very communicative the whole time and did exactly what he said he would do. We really appreciated the pictures and explanations, and we would definitely use him again in the future. Highly recommend!

I was so impressed with Optimum Roofing, I called Pedro in a panic as my roofer other roofer pulled out of a job at the last minute. Not only did Pedro accommodate our rushed time frame , he beat out the competition on price. He always answered my calls and even came back out to help me fix an another issue to pass inspection. I would highly recommend this company and already have. This will be our new go to roofer for all of our real estate deals.

I just cant go without sending an amazing review to and for Pedro and Javier from optimum roofing! I had a lot of damage from the last windstorm and I called a lot of people for quotes, Pedro set me up with an appt right away, then quickly and professionally repaired and replaced the damaged areas. His pricing is extremely competitive and he was willing to go above and beyond to help out where needed. They explained the process thouroghly and completely. They were honest and straightforward. Just overall a very great and simple experience. I highly recommend them for any and all of your roofing needs! Do not hesitate to call them first and to trust them! Oh and the best part is he a marine veteran! So giving back to the community after already serving our great country! Thank you again sir!

First and most importantly they showed up unlike some people that have been not showing up. Second communication was great let me know what they were going to do like I knew what they were saying. But I appreciate it. They work fast especially in this heat can't complain about that at all. The work looks in the immaculate not posting any pictures not my thing. I called for a quote. They came one afternoon, assessed the repair, explained to me in detail why and what needs to be done. Gave me a quote the next morning. I agreed. scheduled me for the next available date. Made the repair in the morning and water tested it with my hose. So far its all good. The real test will come next winter when we have our wet season. Professional, reasonable, good communicators, and clean. I recommend.
