This was my first time using Jorge, but not the last. I had guests in my vacation home and an issue with the shower occurred. I messaged him early on a Saturday, well-before business hours, and he was very responsive. He made it out the same day to fix the issue. As a vacation home owner, you'll know that's hugely important. While he was there, he also took care of a few small odds and ends that would have cost me a trip out to do myself. For a very reasonable price, he knocked it all out. Would use him again if/when the time comes. Very profession. Very responsive. Fair price.

We looked online for a general handyman and found One America Rehab Solutions nearby with a strong Google rating, so we called. Jorge responded quickly and gave a timely estimate. We had a lot of different jobs for him to do in our master bathroom, including plumbing and electrical. We were happy to find out he is certified to do it all. He finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. Jorge and everyone he used did excellent work and were very conscientious. His services were fairly priced and came in on budget. We are very pleased with the final results. Jorge did more work for us in 2024. Again, we are very pleased with everything he did. The only thing I can add is that this time we had some work to be done that required creativity. He solved every challenge successfully. He takes pride in what he does and really cares about the people he helps.

Jorge and Manuel did a great job cleaning our air conditioner coil and air handler, as well as insulating the cold pipe. They also replaced damaged and missing roof shingles, sealed small exterior cracks around all windows, grouted areas in the shower where it was needed, adjusted the shower door, repaired the plumbing leak issue with the spare bathroom sink, corrected the neutral and ground wires on the load center and installed our kitchen sink and faucet! I ran into Jorge in Sherwin Williams while looking at paint samples. He offered his opinion and shared photos of a project he did using a similar color we were considering. He was so helpful and while scrolling through pictures his work was impressive. He gave me his business card when I requested it. I called him a couple days later and we set up an appointment for an estimate. Jorge impressed me from the start and his wife shares his strong work ethic as well. They make an awesome team. Jorge messaged me everyday to let me know he was on his way. When my vanity drawers/doors needed more drying time he made sure I was aware of changes in scheduling. I cant say enough about how impressed I was. I had recently had my master bathroom remodeled and needed someone to paint the room along with the vanity. Painting cabinets isnt a simple job and requires knowledge to ensure the final results will last. Jorge knew exactly what needed to be done. The end results reflect that. We are thrilled with the quality of his work and will definitely be calling him for future projects.
