OnCall will be getting more calls from this reviewer! We had a great crew sent to our home to demo and remodel our upstairs bathrooms. Communication was thorough, timely, and honest. Anticipated issues were brought to me along with multiple solutions and advice, and I felt completely at ease when I had to leave the house while the crew were here. We are very happy with OnCall, their work, and finished product. I'll be calling them for the master bathroom, and window replacements next.

Sal and his team were one top of this project from the start. They are quite organized and work with subcontactors that are excellent at what they do. Mine took a little longer due to additional water damage, but the final shower is absolutely high quality and the finish out is amazing. I highly recommend, and would certainly call them if another project came up.

OnCall saved my remodel! I had just parted ways with my first contractor on what had turned into an unnecessarily difficult bathroom remodel. I contacted OnCall to finish up the work, and I was blown away by their professionalism. Communication was clear and frequent, just as it should be, the work completed was great, including some really beautiful shower tiling work, and it was speedy! When changes came up as they always do, they let me knew what to expect, adjusting billing as we went. There were no surprises, no gotchas, just straightforward assessments and solid work. We had a great experience with OnCall. Beau was very knowledgeable and visited the house almost every morning during the work to oversee the subcontractors. All the subcontractors were skilled, polite, and communicative. We had significant work done in two bathrooms as well as carpet replaced with vinyl plank floor. When a couple issues arose after the work was done, OnCall returned promptly and at no charge to correct the problems. They got the job done on time and cleaned up really well each day, which is especially important for a family with small children.

I will definitely use OnCall again (and probably again). I'm accustomed to being ghosted by contractors here in Austin, so I was amazed when Beau got right back to me following my initial call, scheduled a consult within a few days, and got the job done in less than week. The estimate was reasonable and transparent, and Robert did a great job ensuring that no critters will be able to squat under my house for the foreseeable future. The raccoon barrier, while invisible, is working great!
