A different team came out today to pick up their equipment and inspect the area to make sure everything was dry! They also were great people. Erik and his coworker removed all the equipment and cleaned up after themselves as well as helped me move some heavy boxes I couldnt move on my own! What a wonderful company that has great employees and care so much about helping you through a difficult situation!

They sprayed so much of chemicals in our apartment hallways its impossible to breathe. Its like they are trying to poison us. Even its only suppose to be hallway carpet cleaning all smell went inside of the apartment. It seems they do not know what they are doing because they can definitely damage someone's health. I would not recommend them.

Im super happy with the job NuEra did! My carpets were looking pretty rough , but they came out looking almost brand new. The team showed up right on time, were super friendly, and got straight to work. They even managed to get out a few stains I thought would never come out. The whole place smells fresh now, and it just feels so much cleaner. Pricing was really reasonable too, Ill definitely be calling them again next time. Highly recommend! Aric Did An Exceptional Job!

Shawn has been out to our home a few times now dealing with wet insulation in the basement and has been great. The same can be said for their office staff who have been dealing with our confused leasing company that cant get their work orders straight. Good people!

This company was contracted by my leasing office to come and clean up a leak. I was told at 2:00 pm on Sunday Id be reached out to schedule. - no problem. But never heard back. Contacted at 6, and was told 25/30 mins. Cool. They show up and tell us what they need to do- and that they will be back at 8 am the following morning. My husband explained to manager & his worker hed take the day off- and prep the room per their request. Next day: Never heard from them i texted at 11:30 asking where they were. They stated we completed the job I stated they did not do anything and was told theyd be back this morning. The receptionist then called me and said that the manager should not have told me they were coming out as the quote hadnt been approved by my leasing office. I explained to her manager told me he was goi g to be out this morning and knew we took a day off work to be home. Stated it was a mistake. Fine. She told me shed follow up with me by 5:00 pm before she got off. I called my leasing office and they stated the estimate was sent in while I was on the phone with them. Not only was I lied to... but they dropped the ball completely. The manager knew the importance of getting this done. They were standing in my moldy daughters soaked bed room. I then texted the company to ask if they received an update from leasing office, no response. Unprofessional and frustrating. Be honest with your client upfront- dont promise them something and have someone take a day off work to not show up or even do your paperwork properly

Shawn came by and cut some drywall because there was a leak. He was great had awesome customer service. I would recommend these guys to anyone having trouble.

This company does not do a good job. They came late and they were trying to be in and out within five minutes of being there they quickly shampooed the carpet, but they did not steam clean. They did not work on the stains nothing. What was the purpose of shampooing it if youre not going to steam? any good company steam dries the carpet after they shampoo it... They were doing a rush job after I had to wait all day for them to show up. Their poor planning does not mean its okay to do a terrible job. They didnt apologize for being late 30 min late. I dont care that you have other cleanings for the day. You have been paid to do a job and you didnt even do it correctly. Do not use this company. They dont take any pride in their work nor do they care about the quality of their work. Im pretty sure the majority of the good Google reviews are fake.

They worked day and night to ensure everything was put back together within 48 hours. They handled every detail - and communicated every step of the way. I had Josh and Eric service my apartment today in Joliet and they were AWESOME!! I had completely forgotten that I had the appt scheduled but they allowed me time to get my apartment together and they were amazing! Would definitely use them again! My carpet looks great and I am pleased!!
