One of the most obnoxious things about hiring somebody is when they cant keep their schedule and they fake you out when they say theyre gonna show up. To add insult to injury someone that cannot plan their schedule accordingly or take responsibility for not showing up and then make excuses is even more immature and someone that I never would wanna deal with or suggest anybody else deals with. The guy had an appointment to come here on Saturday and I contacted him earlier in the morning and multiple times throughout the day and he never responded and then just no showed and made up some silly excuse. when I started complaining to him by text message for him wasting my entire he got very abusive and unprofessional .Obviously, he cant plan his day more than one day in advance and has no business being a contractor with this kind of abuse and mental issues.

We recently had our basement finished by Jose and his team, and they were such a pleasure to work with! Jose was extremely communicative, polite, and always available to help us find solutions to any questions that came up. The team was always right on time, very thorough, and unbelievably clean. I imagine their own homes are all very organized. I feel really lucky that we found these guys, and since we chose them in part based on other peoples glowing reviews, I felt it only fair to leave mine.

We are so happy we chose Nova Services for our basement remodel project. From the start, Jose was extremely responsive and organized. Jose made sure the job was completed on time and on budget, effectively communicating additional materials needed throughout the project. For the work itself, Anthony and Luis did a fantastic job creating a bedroom and 3 closets in our 100 year old bungalow basement. We had pipes and beams that they needed to work around, and the work shows much much they care about the small details. We would happily use them again in the future and highly recommend!
