This is how Norbin will leave your job when he says hes finished and wants his final payment. He was paid a $9000 deposit on a $30,000 job (I provided all materials and tools, he needed to provide labor, he had 3 guys plus himself to try and complete this entire scope in 5 days) he was paid to demo existing finishes, skim coat all drywall walls, pour 2300 sqft of self leveling and install a industrial coating on a flat self leveled surface. He was provided all materials, a concrete mixer, squeegees and decided its better for him to use 36 skimming knives to try and finish the job. Then burned through thousands of dollars in floor coating to put it over a lump footprint embedded floor and then paint half sanded walls leaving a horrendous nightmare for me to fix. Take these photos as proof you do not want this guy near your project. Theres also screenshots of his professionalism when told leaving a job this way is not right.
