We hired Nextgen Construction to demo our bathroom, install a large format tile shower, and tile the floor. The entire experience was seamless from the very beginning. Angelina was very responsive and explained the entire process. We explained to Ruslan how we wanted the bathroom tile to look and be completed, and Ruslan overwhelmingly exceeded our expectations. Nextgen did a great job on our remodel and were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They fully remodeled 3 bathrooms and did main level tile and kitchen backsplash, did various structure demo/repair including removing wood paneling, drywalled our basement ceiling and painted the whole interior, replaced wood trim, and replaced exterior and interior doors among other various items. They also connected us with other recommended specialties like a plumber that also did great work. We would highly recommend Nextgen.

Artur at NextGen saved the day!! After a basement bathroom remodeling DIY disaster followed by an equally terrible attempt to finish the space by another contractor, NextGen transformed the bathroom in just 2 days installing a custom wainscoting wall as well perfectly re-finishing the baseboard, walls, door frame and laying a hardwood floor. After living with a half-finished / half-incomplete basement for a couple of years now, its an absolute joy to flip on the light and see a beautiful space. Pricing was extremely reasonable, the finish carpentry is excellent and they were so easy to work with. I highly recommend them!! In fact, we already have them quoting for several other remodeling projects for us. Thanks guys!!

I hired NextGen based on these Google reviews to remove the clawfoot tub and replace the bathroom tile in my 1915 house. A 3.5 week project. Did they do high quality work with attention to detail? Yes. Would I hire them again? Yes, I am planning to. Were they nice friendly people to deal with? Yes. NextGen is owned and run by first generation Ukrainian immigrants Artur and Ruslan who assess, schedule and coordinate the job. The primary installer who spent hours in my house every day for weeks was Viktor who was very polite and made every attempt to be quiet and clean. I really appreciated his skill, attention to detail and friendly attitude. I designed the modernized bathroom tile layout and accessory details and I wanted things a very specific way to maintain and compliment my vintage house. It took half of the job before it became clear that the best way to communicate details was via text message. Text message provides specific and clear two-way translation between English and Ukrainian. I wish that had been suggested up front, but I imagine most people in modern houses do not need this level of detailed communication. Here are the tiles I picked out, there is the bathroom, done. You see the pictures of the results on these reviews, their other customers are clearly satisfied too. Their communication is developing. The other small issue was the plumber, again a communication issue only. The plumber was only required because we were replacing a tub with a shower. NextGen is not currently licensed to subcontract the plumber themselves, they are working on it. They offered me a couple names and I called and got estimates. No big deal, I was fine with hiring and paying the plumber separately. Surprisingly NextGen also wanted me to communicate and coordinate with the plumber about when they should do what work. This I was not fine with, but we figured it out. I know they will be reading this and pieces of this review are for them to improve their processes. I cant give 4.5 stars so 5 stars it is. Bottom line, the end result carries the most weight in the review, the little issues will be forgotten but the great work will remain. When there was some question mark along the way, they were ready to help figure it out with no attitude. These guys are very genuine and hard working and I really liked all of them. They did great work for me and I will hire them back for the next project. Their company seems to be just getting on its feet and I wish them lots of success, Im sure they will be scheduling months out before long...

Hired Nextgen Construction in 2025 to tile two bathrooms. We tiled the floors plus all four walls. We have mitered edges in our bathrooms that have been executed flawlessly in both shower nooks and also in wall bump outs. Our custom glass company has installed glass in over forty thousand bathrooms and said that our bathrooms are among the best of the best, and that theyre not just saying that, that theyve been inside thousands of bathrooms and they were absolutely in awe over the skill it took to install our bathroom tiles. After the bathroom project came to an end we hired nextgen to complete a decorative wall project with white oak slats and tile. Olsen be any happier with the quality of the installation! Which is why we asked nextgen to come back again and work on our foyer slat wall. One thing lead to another and a half year later they feel more like family than contractors. Theyve been gracious with all change orders, patient while we made decisions, and most importantly executed high quality work that we are proud to have had done! They are reasonably priced with high quality execution and results. I highly recommend Nextgen and will be using them again I future projects. Thank you Artur and Ruslan!

We had a water-filled bubble in our ceiling from a roof leak. While the HOA took care of the roof repair, the interior damage was my responsibility. When Nextgen Construction came to give an estimate, they went above and beyonddraining and cutting the damaged area at no charge to help prevent further damage and mold. Their quote was reasonable, and they scheduled and completed the work promptly and professionally. They removed additional damaged ceiling, treated for mold, patched, and painted. It looks great!
