We has some unfinished projects and open demo work from a mold issue, so we needed someone who really knew what they were doing. Elias was exactly that person. What stood out most was that he didn't just show up and do what I asked. He took a personal interest in the problem and came up with better solutions than what I had even thought to ask for. That tells you everything about the kind of person he is. He's not just trying to get paid and move on, he actually cares about doing it right. That is genuinely hard to find. The results we're better than expected! On top of the impressive quality of work, he was respectful of our home, kept everything clean, and always showed up when he said he would. Elias and his team were phenomenal from day 1 of interaction! Elias was always prompt and professional in responding to emails and any questions we had. The job was delayed due to an issue we had with our roof due to a builder error and Elias was more than accommodating and understanding.
