Karl and Jonah from New Leaf were honestly some of the best repairmen that I have encountered in their industry in a very long time. Not only did they do a beautiful job fixing our door frame but they were especially friendly and approachable when we had questions. I thought that we were going to struggle with red tape or added costs like many other companies Ive dealt with in the past but not only did they not have surprise extra costs but they fixed items not even listed in the contract at no extra costs. I have used New Leaf a couple of times for home repairs. The most recent was a fairly difficult and complex repair on my front porch which had leaks and rotting wood. After they completed the work, I told them that I was not satisfied with the finishing on a couple of areas. They responded quickly and went beyond my expectations. The first red flag should have been the $75 fee for an estimate. They didnt even give me a detailed estimate with line by line breakdown. And the estimate didnt even include everything I asked to be included. Third, the estimate was THREE TIMES what the actual cost should be. Like just say you dont want to do the job, but no lets get that $75 and well just highball them. And, no one even called to follow up on the estimate, which tells me they knew it was a highball estimate

Great experience with New Leaf. I contacted them to replace the carpet on our stairs with hardwood. They were to quick to schedule a site visit and give us an estimate on the job. Wyatt and the team were very communicative through all stages of the process and made sure their work fit with our schedule. They also painted one of our bathrooms while they were here and consulted on a couple other small jobs we had around the house. Would highly recommend for any big or small projects! Update: I have had New Leaf come back a couple more times for small projects and have been pleased every time. We had some chipped paint in our garage, degraded soffit over our back porch and needed a new mailbox out in. Karl Chaney was able to do everything in a timely manner and did great work. Highly recommend!

I purchased the materials to remodel my bathroom but then decided it was a larger project than I wished to tackle. New Leaf was the only company I contacted who was willing to use the fixtures, vanity, toilet, and tile I already had. They provided a detailed estimate which included everything discussed. My house was built in 1920. During the demo we realized almost all the wiring was still knob and tube. They gave a separate quote to rewire the entire house and had it completed in a week. The finished bathroom is beautiful. Noah, Jonah, and Karl were all professional, hardworking, reliable, and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend New Leaf for anyone looking for a reputable contractor.

Remodeled Dining room and addition including removing two large windows in addition, framing in holes and installing new siding. Removed closet out of Dining room. Put drywall over brick face in addition.I supplied stained trim but door and doorway to addition stained by New Leaf. Did great job picking out wood and staining doorway. They installed all wood trim including chair rail and new LVP flooring. Refinished stair to kitchen painted. Also did some light electrical in moving and installing outlets Workers were professional and worked efficiently. I was very happy with time frame of work (three weeks) Wyatt was very quick to come back out and repair a few minor difficiencies. Overall very pleasant experience and first contractor I have had that did not have my anxiety levels off the charts by time job was done. In May we had the popcorn removed from our ceiling on the first floor. Jonah and Karl arrived on time every day. They were both efficient, personable, and professional during the project. After removing the popcorn ceiling, they cleaned up the aftermath in each area. New Leaf enclosed two large closet areas for us and I had no idea that it took an entire day to sand, mud and dry the enclosures. Both employees were very professional and worked really hard to ensure the dry wall was perfect. It really was perfect when they were finished. I have had a few recent bad experiences with vendors, so I was super nervous and asked a lot of questions. I am here to let you know if they say the work will be done a specific way, it is done that way!!! Wonderful company!!
