We had a water leak in 2nd floor bathroom that damaged the living room ceiling. Ryan needed to patch a couple lage holes cut in the ceiling drywall. He replaced the drywall, applied a smooth mud coating, textured and painted. He feathered in the texture perfectly and spray painted. It ended up looking perfect. Prior to repairing, texturing and painting he enclosed the area with plastic from floor to ceiling. Therefore, no drywall dust nor paint from spraying left the enclosed and secured area. He completely cleaned up afterwards and left no remnants of debris. Two years ago he replaced the drywall in the 1st and 2nd floor bathrooms. He pulled a smooth coating of mud over the walls and ceilings. Sanded and pulled a second coat of mud to ensure smooth walls and ceilings. The result was perfect. He repaired stucco around our 1934 Spanish home and fence and sanded and prepped all of the wood windows/doors. He kept all areas neat and covered when needed. The work he did in our house was nothing short of art. We had some leakage of our roof that left water damage to the ceiling and wall in one room. We called Ryan and he came over the next day to give us a quote - which was very reasonable, so we agreed on a start date. He arrived on time and set up a plastic "room" within the room that had the damage, so as to keep the dust from carrying into the rest of the house. The job took a couple of days and when he was finished, the ceiling and wall looked like brand new. He matched the paint and the texture perfectly. VERY happy with the work and the price.

As does the room because he went above and beyond and touched up parts also that werent damaged, matching colors exactly.
