Decent communication, friendly contractors. Almost fairly priced if the quality wasn't so poor. Hired National (Abel Sr, Abel his son and Pete) to drywall 3 rooms. Due to roommate extending, did 2 rooms. The job, flattening out textured walls, smooth/flat. I'd say we got about 80% there. Upon completion house was left a winter wonder land of powder, all good I'll just clean that up. During my cleanup I begin to find issues. The window sills sanded down to the metal, uneven texture, lack of sanding, grooves left my trowels, large lines left by coarse sand paper, hot spots where chunks rise up,worst of all pinholes/pock marks. My painter explains there's no way he can fix all of it. I have them come back out to resolve issues. They were able to get the windows back to a decent state however the added material isn't sanded near flush. Painter comes back out, states with where things are, he can likely fix the issues and we'll move forward. He paints. Through painting we discover thousands of these pinholes, everywhere. Unsure how or why? Maybe not enough or too much moisture in their mud mix... Either way, can't be resolved without sanding down the paint and starting over. Long story short, consider someone else. I can't believe this is my situation. They had a great attitude, but we're unable to provide a smooth wall without heavy faults. Brings me down.

They did not show up when agreed upon and do not return calls. I hear they are wonderful from my project manager...but nothing. I work in the architectural business and have not experienced this before. I even drove to the address but it looked like someone's house so I turned back. Still interested in getting a call.
