Keith, Geyner and his father, Manuel, just finished the project here and left. Very impressed with their work and attention to detail. They arrived timely this morning and began prepping for our paint correction project. Work has been done that satisfies my particular, LOL, persona. We are very grateful for the effort that Geyner and Manuel put in today, They are both very kind, considerate and respectful of our home. I only regret that they had to come in to correct a MESS that another contractor left me in. You get what you pay for holds so true. I've now used My Three Sons painting for a second time, because I was pleased with the results from te first painting job I had them complete, and I have to say I am even more happy with the results from my most recent job of fixing damage from water leak in the garage ceiling, painting the ceiling and the garage walls, plus a large bedroom with cathedral ceiling. Dallis, the representative was responsive and quick to get my job handled. The team that came were pleasant, professional, conscientious with their preparation, the painting and the cleanup afterwards. They were able to do the work without disruption to my work and activities at home during the time they completed the work. I met with Dallas and he was very helpful answering my questions pertaining to staining our newly remodeled staircase. Once we decided to contract with My Three Sons, he kept me informed on the start date and who would be doing the project. We cant say enough good things about Geyner and Manuel who did the staining. They showed up on time, mostly early, and did an incredible job as well as a keeping a clean work space. They were super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend My Three Sons for staining projects or their other services.

Very professional in all aspects of our project. They staged the job so that there was minimal interference with our daily lives. The interior doors and trim looked factory new when they were done repainting them. All colors matched the samples perfectly and the job was done in a very timely manner. Will definitely use them again.

We were pleased with the project from beginning to end. My son met with Dallas and he quickly had us an estimate as well as a time frame to start and finish. Our painters were Dakota, Marcus, and David. They were prompt, courteous, respectful, and very conscientious in their work. They finished the job five days earlier than we expected. We will certainly call them for our next project and would highly recommend them.

I received several quotes from local companies to remodel my bathroom and I chose My Three Sons based on competitive pricing and very clear/consistent communication from the owner, Keith as well as from Jaimie, the office manager. The project is complete and I couldn't be happier! Everyone was incredibly responsive and flexible and Abe and Mohammed arrived every day on time and ready to work. They are highly skilled and overall delightful people- it was a pleasure to have them in my home! There is no doubt when it comes time to remodel my kitchen, they'll be the ones I call!

My experience with My Three Sons Painting (Lexington, KY) was great! My house looks great. They didn't try to upsell, and only recommended what needed to be done. The team that painted the house (Brayan and Tim) were great guys. They kept me informed throught the process. They told me what they were going to do each day, and then showed me the results at the end of the day. They answered all my questions thouroughly and completely. Real professionsl craftsmen. I was told they were the best they have, and I believe it. I would definately hire My Three Sons Again, and request Brayan and Time specifically. They are a credit to their company!

We have used My Three Sons for at least 4 projects over the past few years, both inside and outside our home. The latest project included painting of trim throughout our entire house. I would never tackle this by myself! So glad they took it off my hands! They ALWAYS have excellent communication throughout the process, are very accommodating, and provide detailed work lists so you ensure that everything goes as planned. The painters are kind, respectful, and always leave the site clean and tidy. They work extremely hard and the results speak for themselves with a beautiful finish. The attention to detail (patching even the smallest holes, caulking, etc.) is much appreciated. We highly recommend them for any painting project!

I couldn't believe how easy My Three Sons Painting was to work with! The quote was fast and reasonable, but not as fast and professional as the painters were! They painted a very large greatroom, entryway and both upstairs and downstairs hallways for us in addition to doing some minor repairs due to water damage. I got one other quote from a company that was far less professional - but they were more expensive. I was so comfortable with My Three Sons that I decided that 2 quotes were enough.

Big kudos to the team at My Three Sons Professional painting for the excellent work they have done at our house. We left our house in their hands while we were away for our usual Christmas vacation and we came home to a completely new home. Our kitchen cabinets look like new, our brick fireplace looks amazing with the lime wash masonry paint and the new color on the walls and trims made the house look spectacular. We can not believe how wonderful our house looks now. We feel we put our trust in the right hands and we are truly happy with the results. My Three Sons completed a painting project for me which consisted of multiple small tasks. I was afraid they may not take on little projects like mine. Cameron came to my home and took pictures of each task and took notes. Within a few days, I received an extensive review of what would be done, and how each task would be completed in the quote I received through email. Cameron kept in touch as the project progressed. He was extremely helpful, detailed and receptive to each request. Roman was the painter assigned to our home. He did exceptional work, and everything looked like new when complete! He also kept everything in order, and clean as he progressed through the project. I could not be more pleased with My Three Sons! I will continue to recommend their services, and to use them again in the spring! This is an amazing company who completes every detail to your satisfaction!

Fantastic customer service and workmanship. My project turned out to have hidden problems that were not evident when the job was quoted. They completed the repairs and honored the original quote. All employees seemed to be customer service oriented which is almost unheard of today.

I cannot say enough about My Three Sons Professional Services, the employees and the owner Keith Zafren. I first met Keith in approximately 2013 when I called him from advertising on his truck. I am elated that I did! He came to the rescue of a bath project that was in disarray and my daughters bedroom that needed repainted. They also painted my entire log home, even when they found some rotted wood they quickly came to a solution. They painted the entire interior of my mothers home and several rooms in my current home. Most recently they built a fence for my step son and family. I will continue hiring this contractor because I know, without a doubt, the job will be perfect when finished. And perhaps most importantly, a contractor I can absolutely trust, and workers who will be carefully managed by a seasoned Team Leader for trustworthiness and professionalism. I 100% recommend Keith and his company.

As it turned out, not many painters have that particular experience and skill set. This was one of the most frustrating companies I have ever dealt with. We had them come out and take measurements and tell us what it would cost. We agreed upon a number then they told us they didn't add 2 rooms and that it was going to be somewhere around 1500 more. We agreed and went on. The paints arrived and seems we were not charged enough because we need another coat of paint and would cost us another 1200 dollars for 3 rooms. We had to remove garage we wanted painted and add more to make up for this. Once everything was done I went to the house for inspection to find out that one of the bathrooms and none of the closets were painted which we asked for. At this point we had decided they get no more of our money now we are left with a partially painted house. We were also originally charged 90 dollars for a porta potty that was never delivered and had to get that removed. Not once did the person answer any of my calls at their office and took for ever to respond to emails aside from the 1 time she called me back. The actual 2 painters that showed up were amazing. Called me by my first name and greeted me every time I showed up. I would suggest using those 2 guys any day of the week who were sub contracted. But as far as the my three sons company we will not be using them or suggestion their service to anyone. I gave them the opportunity to make things right and the only thing that was suggested to me was to break the contract when we had already been waiting on them to show up and paint for a month. To respond to the comment about my brother telling him to remove them to save money that never happened. When your guy misquoted us the price twice we removed the garage as you all increased the price three times after initial quote. We never said anything about the bathroom or the closets. One way to make things right is not throwing out edited comments a month later thinking I wouldn't check them.

The gentlemen who did my estimate (Josh) and painted my home (Roger and Joseph) were very very nice and they did a fantastic job. The quality of the work is outstanding. My Three Sons Painting has better painters who do not take shortcuts and are very professional. I think the paint might be better too, the end result is just outstanding. I would very highly recommend My Three Sons - it is well worth the money, and I plan to use them for my exterior as well.

Keith and Carlos rebuilt a screened porch and deck that had been poorly constructed initially. Their product and craft was as described and they communicated well. I was much happier with the end result. Since completion there have been some minor issues that needed attention. Keith has communicated immediately and Carlos has fixed in a timely manner. They can be relied upon to follow thorough with their guarantee. I would not hesitate to use them again for further projects.

I hired My Three Sons to limewash/paint my house and do some exterior repair work. The company was highly professional and responsive, and the guys that did the work were polite and efficient. There were some unexpected complications with the repairs, and My Three Sons handled the issue professionally without excessive extra costs. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they reached out weeks afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. My project was outdoors, but every employee that I interacted with was pleasant and I would be comfortable hiring My Three Sons for work inside my home. I recommend this company to anyone who is considering hiring them.
