We got a couple estimates and decided on Jack because of how knowledgable he is, the fairness of pricing, and he's just a really down to earth guy. I had a hard time finding a reliable contractor to repair my ceiling after a water leak. I was also working with a very tight deadline for when the job needed to be completed. Jack was more than accommodating with my scheduling constraints and actually finished the work earlier than I expected in just one day. There were no surprises. His estimate was clearly laid out, with every charge accounted for, and his prices are very reasonable. What also stood out to me was how different he was from other contractors I contacted: many were slow to respond (if they responded at all), and some didnt even show up to provide an estimate. Jack responds quickly and professionally to emails, and if he says hell be at your home at a certain time, he shows up on time. After what I went through before finding him, working with Jack was a true breath of fresh air. I will make sure to contact Jack for all my future projects!

He cleans up everyday before he leaves and does a meticulous job which I cant say for a lot of people who do construction. He cares about your opinions and includes you in details. I purchased a small cottage in Laconia as an investment property this past winter. When I made the purchase, I knew that it had some deferred maintenance issues that would need to be addressed right away. I looked for a handymansomeone who could move the entrance to the attic to a more accessible area, someone who could remove a banquette and prepare the area for painting, and someone who could install a storm doorand found Jack who had superlative reviews. Jack did all those things (and more) quickly, for a transparent and reasonable price, and his work is fantastic! On top of everything, Jack gave my son, who is currently occupying the cottage, valuable advice regarding simple repairs that my son could attempt and other repairs that might need to be addressed in the future. I've hired Jack a number of times and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. He's fixed a rotted portion of an exterior wall on my house. A rotted sill plate on my detached garage. Done gutter cleaning for me. And I recently hired him to remove an old drop ceiling in my basement. Jack always shows up when he says he's going to and always does excellent work. He's polite, honest, knowledgeable, and has fair prices.
