Marco was referred by another contractor since their schedule was full and I'm glad he was. His team came in and completed my renovation work quickly and actually left my space cleaner than when they started (which is impressive considering how messy drywall is).

We agreed for Ron to powerwash my house. He came out and after 5 mins of powerwashing his machine broke. He told me it was going to be at least 3 weeks until he could get it fixed. I then had someone else come out and powerwash my home and about 2 weeks later Ron contacted me. We told him, thank you but we had it taken care of already and then he insisted that I owed him money for his time and gas. He was never friendly or apologetic about the inconvenience at all. He then decided that somehow I owed him $100 for his time even though the entire job was quoted for $360. I tried to reason with him but after he told me that he was doing me a favor and charging me the minimum and should actually charged me $176 for washing %1 of my house, I decided to stop wasting my time and made a charitable donation of $100. I cannot say that I would recommend his services to anyone.

I highly recommend this business. Marco was easy to work with, professional and accommodating to my schedule. Further, his pricing was fair and reasonable. He made great suggestions and was careful as he worked around my hardwood floors and new carpeting. The crew painted my entire condo and it looks beautiful. When I need painting or drywall services again, I will call him immediately.
