Our handyman was Thomas. He is a licensed plumber, and completed all of the requested plumbing jobs we wanted done to perfection. The work took less time than anticipated, so he also saved us money. I will definitely use Mr. Handymans services again.

New Fence install. I had 80 linear feet needed installed. Installed 4 ft chainlink which separated my property from neighbors who kept encroaching & trespassing onto. Mark was calm & professional when my neighbor lost her mind, screaming & ranting for well over 15 minutes. He offered helpful feedback when I asked him detailed questions & despite OLD tree root systems, managed to set poles & stretch fence. Will do business with again! Love working with locally-owned companies. This was no exception.

We were very happy with the new exterior doors that they put in. The men worked really hard and didn't waste time they never took a break until lunch. They cleaned up all the mess. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our fence was falling down on one side. We needed the fence propped up until we could get a new fence. The handyman came and fixed our fence. Awesome job. Quick response and was a great job

He told us one price or the office did small sliding glass door 1 and 10 $100 an hour would take about two and $50 something else he charges almost $500 I guess my husband said haven't got the bill yet I was not feeling well I was in bed so I did not know that I was very unhappy with what it cost I would have checked someplace else if they told me it was going to be that high from the beginning 350 sound a lot better than over 500 big difference he did a good job very nice man but not happy at all for what he charges I hope you can do something about this thank you Vicky

Hired to take care of what was making all my breakers to go off, after $400 later, and no results, I ended up hiring a plumber that took care of the problem. What a waste of time and money. The tech didn't even check the water heater, all they did was replace the the breakers and didn't even check anything else to resolve the main issue. Never again, I wish I could get some of my money back for the incompetence.

My husband thought we needed our interior door from the garage replaced. Antoine the technician said he could repair it and it would be a lot less expensive. I was concerned about it letting air in he put a seal all the way around and door sweeps. We also had another project and he did that for us too.

I couldnt be happier with the service I received from Mr. Handyman! Antwoine came out to tackle our shower floor, and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The finished result looks brand newperfectly level, sealed beautifully, and rock-solid. No more leaks or uneven tiles! Antwoine worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and even took the time to explain what hed done so I feel confident it will last for years. Technician took care of my problem in 15 minutes. VERY COMPETENT AND POLITE. But he told me I would have to pay for 1 hour of work ($124) PLUS the service charge of $60. I made the choice to get my problem solved, BUT the price was excessive based on time spent. Mr. Handyman should revise it's pricing.

Our plumbing technician, Thomas, was wonderful! Down to earth, honest, knowledgeable, and did not seem at all like many other plumbers we've had that try to "up-sell" you. He just tries to get to the bare root of the problem, and solve it in the most economical way possible. Very friendly and you immediately feel comfortable with him.

We just had 33 cabinet knobs put on by Gilberto. He did an excellent job. The knobs are even on all 33 of them. Gilberto left very clean and covered things that we left on the counter tops. We were very impressed and we would recommend Handymen to anyone who asks.

I wrote an honest and negative review about this company last year. They wanted me to delete the review so they charged me what they should have charged in the first place. Thinking they wanted business, I emailed them a week or two ago requesting a quote/estimate on some sewer work and asking when they could get someone out. They did not reply to my email. They did not even bother to reply with a lie to put me off. If they did not want my business, which I see they do not, a reply would have been nice because my job is to review businesses. Oh, and when you make an appointment with them, stay on top of it. I had an appointment and no one showed up nor did they call. Just a crappy outfit.

Tech showed up 3.5 hours early without asking. Over quoted job by hours and was incredibly unprofessional. Threw a fit when he was directed to complete the job by his employer and made me uncomfortable. Use a real contractor, even for your small jobs.

Office Staff My first contact was with an office staff member. The staff member and I discussed the job/project. She made several good recommendations and provided alternatives. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision right at that time. I felt like we got off to a good start. I was comfortable and pleased with my initial contact. The Technician Perfect. He was on time. Dressed professionally. He introduced himself and he was very courteous and polite. He explained the method and procedure to complete my project. He did not talk over my head or talk down to me explaining the work. He made sure I understood his steps to complete the work. He always wore booties when he came in the house. He was working in the garage and when he came in each time he put on the booties. The Work The work is just beautiful and it's perfect. I can't ask for more. The fit of my Dutch door is perfect. I attribute this to the quality of the technicians Mr. Handyman employees. Summary I am so pleased with Mr Handyman and staff.

Not a Great Experience The technician - Robert Glover- started off his visit arguing with me that they dont do estimates when I was expressly told by the receptionist that I would be getting an estimate due to the nature of the issue. He said he would have to call the office and proceeded to listen to the phone call to verify that I wasnt lying. Next he walked through my house, stairs, primary bedroom, into my bathroom & onto our bath rugs with his dirty shoes without asking if it was OK or without putting booties on first. Once the leak was assessed and found to be dripping from the ceiling onto the kitchen floor, he used our paper towels to mop up the water without asking. Did he not have any shop towels available? During his work of pulling the existing toilet, he used our bath towels to mop up the water. Again, did he not have any shop towels or rags with him? When the work was done, he complained about the type of toilet we purchased and how hard it was to install. In addition to all of this, his tone with me was condescending while discussing the work & possible solutions. All in all, if these types of things dont matter to you, great. The work was decent, but Ill never hire this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

Horacio Escobar from Mr Handyman worked for one hour doing "odd" jobs - fix hand rail, install smoke detectors, replace light bulbs, haulded old stove to my van. Amazing amount of work he was able to do in only one hour. Very professional, but friendly. I choose Mr. Handyman because they are bonded and the employees have background checks. Their work is also guaranteed for a year. The person who came out did an excellent job with no supervision. He was professional, well groomed and I felt comfortable with him in my home.

Took way too much time to complete the work he did. I was quoted at 1/2 the time that he spent and i actually just did some of the items i wanted him to do because he would of just milked the clock for hours on items that normally wouldn't take very long. Wouldn't recommend the company to others.
