Repair and adjustment of pocket door between bedroom and library. Workman showed up the same day we celled, and worked efficiently. He did a good job. I was a little surprised by the cost, but we don't have a frame of reference.

Brandon was absolutely wonderful! He hung up our tv and some other things, and from the first moment he entered our home he was both kind and professional. He also said something unique that stuck with me. Right after walking through to learn about my projects, and before starting the work, he told me that if at any point I didnt like him or the work he was doing, that he would immediately stop the clock and leave, no hurt feelings. This is something Ive never heard a worker say before, and it meant so much to me and put me at ease as a woman having a man I havent met come into my home. His thoughtfulness was so refreshing, and the work he did was immaculate. He also gave me a realistic estimate and completed the job within the time frame given tor the estimate. I would absolutely use his services again.

The plumber was very attentive to details and fix one of the bathroom and was not able to fix the second bathroom, although he was able to tell me what I needed to buy to get ready for the next plumber. He was very clean and detailed oriented which I appreciate as he left the two areas he worked on very clean. I will recommend Mr. Handyman to any of my relatives. Extremely professional and reliable staff.

Mr. Handyman (Alonzo) visited our house two hours after I called the dispatcher. Alonzo assessed the issue with our front entry door and described how he would align the bottom of the door with the threshold and install weatherstripping. His work was high-quality and his demeanor very professional. I highly recommend Alonzo and the Mr. handyman service.

Utterly disappointed with this company. I hired them in March 2025 to repair two doors that would not latch, and I was charged $240. Just a few months later, one of those doors stopped latching again because the screws were not installed properly and shifted out of place. I reached out recently to have them correct their own workmanship and look at another door with a similar issue. Instead of acknowledging the prior poor repair, they quoted me $250 for one door. When I questioned how it could cost more than the original $240 for two doors, they claimed the second door would be free, which makes absolutely no sense. Charging more for a single repair than they originally charged for two identical repairs is unreasonable, especially when one of those original repairs was not done correctly in the first place. I do not recommend this company unless you want to waste your time and money.

There is a large hole under my 20 year old Jean Air downdraft stove where mice were coming into the house and cold air in the winter. Anthony wasnt able to access that area of the house thru the crawl space to cover from below so Anthony pulled out the stove, cleaned and vacuumed up the mouse poop and fashioned pieces of sheet metal to cover the hole and secured with thin metal tape around the vent hose and the sheet metal. Thanks Anthony!

The handyman was absolutely a wonderful person to work with. He went above and beyond the planned work in that he noticed things that needed fixing snd took care. Conscientious and a master of all variety of tasks needed to restore my place to its original level of freshness he made it more than livable after a messy time of asbestos abatement and floor replacement. It is a pleasure snd relief to have the use if all rooms after 3 1/2 months of jumbled spaces due to the loss of fully livable spaces following water damageand floor replacement.

Avoid this company. They have no incentive to finish work on time because they charge by the hour and take payment after each visit. Their technician estimated cabinet removal and vent relocation would take 8 hours in a single day. Two weeks later, with over $200 added to the original estimate, the work is still unfinished. There were no complications. I provided all parts and materials. The technician simply left early every time. He left an open HVAC vent hole and a loose cabinet, knowing they had to be fixed before the countertop installation. When I asked why no one was sent to finish the mess they left behind, I was told someone would come. Later, they denied ever saying that. I have everything in writing.

From the moment I contacted Mr. Handyman, the service was outstanding. We needed an emergency repair and the person I spoke with immediately called someone who was in the area and he arrived within 30 minutes. He knew exactly how to fix the problem, went to the store and got the part, and proceeded to solve the problem. I had an additional request that was not on the original request and he said it would be no problem to do that installation as well. I cant speak highly enough about the quality of work Renato did to fix an emergency issue.
