We had water damage in our bathroom and had to tear out the floor, some of the dry wall, the toilet and the vanity. We hired Home Comfort Remodeling to put a new floor, new dry wall in along with new toilet and vanity. As long as we had the mess, we decided to redo the bathroom, all except the shower. Doug came out and did the work. He did a fantastic job. He took his time to make sure everything was right. Doug was professional, prompt, very accurate in everything he did. My bathroom looks fantastic! We'll hire Home Comfort Remodeling again when we have some more work to do. In the meantime, we'll be hiring home comfort experts to install a new water heater in the future. I also wanted to thank Mat for all his help in picking out the new toilet and vanity, and getting them all ordered.

I needed several shingles on my roof due to wind damage, They couldn't get to us for 2 weeks. They called and postponed us for a couple more days with a nother excuse, then when "they were supposed to show they didn't!!!!!! no phone call no show. My homes siding came off during a storm, it was repaired, and then literally 4-5 days later, when the first adverse weather hit things came apart causing damage. Mr. H team did a phenomenal job in updating the main floor level of my parents home. Everything needed an update from the get go and there were a lot of things that needed to be done - renovating kitchen and bathrooms; bedrooms, hallway space and living room. Along the way, we edited and added some details to make it really feel like home- ie: how can we make the kitchen space feel larger; adding task lighting under the cabinets. I had an aunt stop over and she said the house looks like a brand new home. The results are stunning!!! Very pleased with all the hard work that was put into the project. House was built in 2024 with a 1.5 inch diameter washing machine vent, which went up into the attic and was capped off with some sort of device inside the attic. None of this was visible and the home inspection report we bought before we purchased this house! The results of this defective installation only became apparent a few weeks ago when the washing machine started draining, backing up into the lowest drain outlet in the house, and overflowing, and in a matter of two or three minutes, we had 3 inches of water on the floor! This clearly was a defective construction of this house! Plumbing air vent pipes need to go outside of the house, not capped off, either inside or outside of the house! This is all being replaced with a 3 inch diameter pipe going through the roof and covered, but not capped off. The crew did an excellent job! They also addressed some questions I had not directly related to the plumbing.

My foundation was getting moisture in it from all these bushes that were planted around the house. I had no idea. Mr. Handyman came in. I thought I had a leak and they said no. You've got moisture just coming in in the crawl space from all the bushes around the house. So they pulled out all the bushes. Cleaned everything up really nice and just took really good care of me.
