I have used them before- I called as I needed a vented door fitted and hung urgently. Laura answered the phone and was absolutely amazing. Not only did she get me someone in a timely fashion, but she called me back as they had a cancellation and sent somebody right away. The technician arriving was Butch who was very experienced very honest and very experienced. Did an amazing job and from the time I call them within three hours The job was done perfectly. What a amazing friendly and professional service. I would use them again and again.

I came across Mr. Handyman on Angi. I needed someone to anchor our pergola to our concrete patio. I called and got an estimate the next day and they came out the day after to complete the job. I highly recommend a young man who installed crown molding in a narrow hallway. His name is Mr. Butch. He was on time as Ms. Pam, the secretary of the Mr. Handyman had stated in her email. He was very professional and shared his thoughts about my concerns that I had before, during and after the installation. He was cool and easy to communicate with. I scheduled Mr. Handyman because I needed my new dishwasher (which was already connected to water and power) leveled and mounted. The receptionist who scheduled the service for me on the phone scoffed a bit when I explained what was needed. "Well, we'll have to charge you an hour minimum for the service (about $200)." No follow-up questions were asked. The senior technician arrives and removes the one side bracket we had managed to install previously (which was the only thing stabilizing it at all). He proceeds to tinker with the dishwasher for an hour. During that time he places 3 wooden boards underneath the dishwasher without securing them in any way "as shims." Mind you, the dishwasher has four adjustable legs. He replaces the water line because he said it was "leaking." We had been using the dishwasher for over a month and had never seen any water underneath it. He partially installs a universal bracket (that we had on hand) that is often used when mounting a dishwasher under a granite counter (which is what we have), after I explain to him how it works. He then tells me he can't mount the dishwasher to the universal bracket because he doesn't have the additional brackets that attach to the top of the dishwasher (which would then be screwed to the universal bracket). Then, he said I could call Mr. Handyman again after getting the missing brackets. So, no questions were asked before the job. Literally nothing was accomplished during the service expect making the dishwasher less stable and nearly unusable. The technician brought no hardware whatsoever to accomplish the job. But, Mr. Handyman made their money this time. I'll never call them again. This was a complete scam.

Our gutters were stuffed with debris and overflowing at every rain to make a big mess all around the house. I called Mr Handyman of NBC, made an appointment, which then got postponed and postponed and postponed. The weather just would not cooperate. I purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot. Home Depot was useless moving the washer and dryer into the utility room and doing the installation. I was fortunate to find Mr. handyman OM as they were able to move the washer and dryer into the room and attach all the necessary parts to make it operational I was able to get next day service and the gentleman that came was a godsend. I recommend this company highly. Its not too often did you find a company that is as competent as this company
