The office staff was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Johnny Blake was outstanding in the performance of his work. He went above and beyond to see that our oven was installed properly. He even made a trip to the store to get the supplies that we needed. He did a 2 man job by himself by completing the work himself. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Couldnt recommend these guys more, took some siding damage during the storms and it was a pretty small job. I called around to multiple places and no one would touch it. (Assuming because it was a hour long job and I live in the countryish). The came and fixed it the SAME DAY, and for a very reasonable price, they were worried about the next waves of storms and really did a fantastic job. I will be calling them again and you should too!

The rep who did the work was polite and professional. However, $350 to run a bead of caulk over my living room window is outrageous! Then I paid another $175 to have 2 gutters cleaned out. For that amount I should have been able to have all my gutters cleaned out. On top of this, the Mr Handyman van left a nice fluid leak spot on my driveway. Adding more expense!! I will not be referring Mr Handyman to my neighbors or family members.

Jeff Kelso came out to repair/open the lock assembly on an exterior Patio French door that would not disengage or open. What a true Profesional. Was able to open the door, remove and disassemble the the locking mechanism that runs the full length of the door and he was meticulous in diagnosing and ultimately repairing the pin that was sticking and causing the problem. He reassembled the door latch and lock, and assured everything was working again to give us our access to an exit and security of knowing all worked correctly. He was so patient and thorough. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

The install of the front door handle was done very well. They had to fiddle with some existing holes but were able to get in aligned and tighten. The new handle looks great on front door. I would recommend handyman.

Make sure you get a bid from more than just Mr. Handyman. Fortunately, I got several. I was quoted $7,000.00 by Mr. Handyman for a $2,000.00 project. This was a very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Perhaps there was a miscommunication on the project to be done but after emailing Mr. Handyman about my experience and not receiving a response, I think this is a fair assessment. Needless to say, I did not have the work done by Mr. Handyman after receiving the overinflated quote. Best of luck with your next bid.

I reached out to Mr. Handyman of Lees Summit for a quote to replace my front stairway. They replied with a quote of $4000-$4500 for something similar to what I already have. That is a complete rip off, and half the price of a new wood fence for a backyard. My rail is made of wood and plastic spindles.

My refrigerator water dispenser decided to break and not shut off, only to find out the shut off valve to my refrigerator was also corroded and wouldn't shut off the water forcing me to shut off my main. I was able to call and get Bruce over within less than an hour and quickly fixed my refrigerator shut off valve, promptly getting my house back to normal. Very prompt and professional service. Cost was reasonable and I will definitely be reaching out again if needed in the future!
