I needed a ceiling fan replaced and Oz and his brother Eric arrived on time and were extremely polite. Ask about shoes and dogs and everything. The ceiling fan was on a slant and the unit i purchased was not going to work. OZ helped me pick the new one and the install and cleanup was AMAZING. I highly recommend their service.

Great work They told me what they were going to do and how much it would cost. With this particular project it only took a couple of hours. The ceiling on my front porch looks brand new.

I like that they answered the phone the first time i called them. I called 5 different contractors and left messages and none of them called me back in 3 days. They came when they said they were coming over and got the job done. It was a bit pricier than i thought it would be but got the job done.

And one more wonderful experience with Mr. Handyman to finish out my I really need to get this done 2025 list. It was a big project, our back porch was a disaster. Screens blown out, wood rotted, door hinges barely hanging on. Pete came out to tackle this project as he had worked on our other projects this year and we had great experiences both times. And he was incredible, again. He explained every step he was going to take to fix the various things that needed attention. He noticed things that we didnt. For example, the door was warped, he figured out a way to help straighten it out without needing to replace it. This was a multi-day project and Pete showed up cheery and energetic every day. He really loves his job and it shows in his attention to detail, the quality of his work and his basic, its all good attitude. Im sure I will have a I really need to get this done list for 2026. Without a doubt, Ill be calling Mr. Handyman and Pete.

Another very positive experience with Mr. Handyman. Pete is just wonderful. He put down some decking in our attic a few months ago and we were so impressed we asked for him again to do some of those odd jobs that we would never be able to do ourselves. You know, curtain rods torn down by cat, wall shelves torn down by cat... that sort of thing. He explained how he was going to do everything and gave us options on different ways things could be done. He is incredibly friendly and efficient. We have another larger project in the planning phase and definitely will use Mr. Handyman & Pete again.

I had a great experience with Mr. handyman, my technician arrived within 3 hours of me requesting an appointment. He fixed the problem, communicated clearly, and cleaned up the workspace before leaving. Plus, I got a text in advance with my technicians name and picture so I knew who to expect.

Jeremy was fantastic. The job that he did was beyond my expectations. The attention to detail that he exhibited was fantastic. Integrity is another word that I could use, he touched up the paint on the shutters that I would never have noticed needing touch up.

This service is VERY expensive-over $200/hr. They also charge a 4% cc fee! When I spoke to Stephen on the phone regarding this he was very arrogant and rude and didn't have a good reason why they pass this on to customers. I own a small business and cc fees are part of operating costs. It was stated in an email that they charge this, but it was not in the email thread that he said it was in. He said "we will waive the fee this time"-but that I would be put on their DO NOT SERVICE LIST!!!" This is how they deal with unsatisfied customers! $450 to hang a flag pole and repair an outdoor faucet. The tech also said if they have to buy parts, that this company marks them up 100% and passes the cost to the customer. No thanks.

Called Mr. Handyman regarding a needed repair in our guest bathroom undersink area. They were able to get a tech out to us in a couple days and explained their rate structure clearly over the phone and via text. Their tech, Mark texted us before arriving with his picture and an accurate ETA. Once he arrived we went over the undersink wall repair and what was needed and how long it would take to complete. Job was completed in less than two hours and the cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend these folks.
