Not at all happy with this so called MR. HANDY MAN business. The woman person on the phone cant stop talking over you to get the correct information that has to be related to the person assigned to do the work. I specifically told her that I just wanted a bid / estimate of what it was going to cost to do what it was that I needed them to do and she sends this guy to my house thinking that he was going to go ahead and do the job right then. The contractor was totally misinformed and I was confused to what was going on. Also the contractor wasnt too experienced. I could tell this by the way that he was doing things. Things that you definitely shouldnt do and should know better not to do. Im searching elsewhere. SMH.

While service was done, and done well, it was extremely overpriced. Only reason I let them proceed was they were already there and I needed the project done ASAP. I think the reason it was so expensive is that it kept getting outsourced - I highly doubt the person who did the work was working for Mr Handyman. The first guy who showed up to do the job said he never got the photos I submitted or the job description, even though I had submitted it through the website and told the reservation lady what it entailed. The guy who showed up (in a Mr Handyman van) said that Mr Handyman required two people to do the job - he wasn't even allowed to work on it by himself. Second guy showed up a few minutes later in a luxury car and proceeded the paperwork, THEN said he wasn't who was going to be working on it and the guy would be by the next day. The next day, a guy shows up who hardly speaks English in a personal vehicle, by himself, and says he can do the job on his own.

Mark Samek came out today, he replaced all of the wood and painted the chimmney. His work was done in a very timely manner. He also fixed my door lock. I will call them again for future projects.

I found Bobby Handyman thru Thumbtack and was impressed from the beginning. I had a fast response and constant communication until the appointment a few days later. Bhoudan even arrived a little early to rehang kitchen cabinet doors and fix a drawer. He was professional and knowledgeable and I will use this service again in the near future.
