I had a very disappointing experience with this companys customer service. After the job was completed, I spoke to someone in the back office to ask for clarification about my bill. I specifically requested an itemized breakdown of the supply costs, but instead of receiving a clear explanation, I was met with resistance. The office staff was unprofessional and, at times, condescending. While I was trying to understand the charges, multiple employees were speaking over me and raising their voices, which made the situation even more frustrating. I was told that approximately $200 of the cost was for supplies, but based on the work performed, that amount did not seem justified. When I asked for a receipt or documentation to support that charge, my request was refused. Instead, I was told that if I did not want to pay, they would remove the work that had already been completed. This response was completely inappropriate and not how a professional business should handle customer concerns. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I will not be using this company again!

I needed a ceiling light replaced, and a door bell camera trouble shouted for reasons that the door bell doesnt ring. The ceiling light was a success but the man working on the door bell couldnt resolve the issue because the builders must have built the transformer into the walls somewhere because he couldnt find it! Not his fault, but he did explore every avenue to find. Ill have to look into other electronic work around for the issue.

The guys (Ozzie and his partner)that came to repair my siding were great. I wasnt home but they took their time explaining everything to my wife, they went to get some supplies and were back very quickly and got the work done in a time manner.

I just wanted to share my experience overall. To start, I want to be clear that the technician who came out was very polite and professional. He was a pleasant individual, and I do not want any of this feedback to reflect negatively on him. That said, I was not satisfied with the work itself. In my opinion, the job took an excessive amount of time to completenearly seven hourswhich felt unreasonable given the scope of the work, especially considering that I was being charged hourly for labor. Additionally, I was just informed by the first-floor tenant that there is now a leak coming from the middle valve near the bathtub spouts, which is related to the work performed. Given that the total cost was close to $1,200, I find the charge to be unreasonable relative to the work completed and the resulting outcome. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I do not believe I will be using your services again or recommending them to others. I kept the rating at 3 stars because Michelle at the front desk is a sweetheart and the technician was such a great guy.

Due to the recent snowstorm, my mailbox unfortunately got plowed off its post. After seeing the excellent reviews for Mr. Handyman, I decided to call them at 7:15 AM this morning and the woman who answered the phone was so helpful and attentive in trying to help me find the best way to get my mailbox back up temporarily so I could receive mail. After checking the schedule, there was a tech, Ossie Rodriguez, available that morning and he came within 2 hours fully prepared to get the mailbox up and stabilized. Ossie was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and explained everything he would be doing. I will definitely be calling them in the Spring to install a new mailbox. Thank you for great customer service.

If everyone of your employees is as thorough, knowledgeable and personal as Ozzie I would definitely recommend Mr. Handyman. I did notice however, that Ozzie got interrupted by phone calls from Mr. Handy man employees and the background noise did not seem to be as happy and go-lucky as Ozzie.

Eladio removed my old mailbox and beautifully installed the new one, making sure that it was the correct distance from the curb for the mailman. He also did a very thorough and careful job of replacing old wood around my entry and painting the trim and door to match what was there before. It all looks beautiful, and he left everything neat and clean! I'd definitely would want him back to do any additional work I need!

The work performed on our home by Brandon from Mister Handyman far exceeded our expectations. Dont be alarmed by the hourly prices. The quality and time efficient execution of our project was reasonably aligned with the price charged. Yep, our projects consisted of items that were once simple for us but are now very difficult to perform now that were older. Highly recommended!

Ken was awesome. We had a wire that needed to be run behind a wall with a fireplace for a TV. And a second large tv that needed mounted over a different fire place. Got both done in about half a day and everything is working great.
