Pretty poor experience with this company so far. Here what they didnt do well: Left the door to my unattended house OPEN (I live out of state) for my furnace to continuously run for about 4 and half days and whatever else that decided to come in. Failed to clean area specifically asked to clean up. Took pictures of only some of the work done, so I just had to take their word. Called to try to allow them to it right but they claimed their people wouldnt do that yet they are the last one in the home. Still charged over $900, Very disappointing!

I hired Mr. Handyman of Colorado Springs for a remodeling project including opening a wall, adding an arch, and cabinets. The pricing kept changing throughout the jobstarting around $4,500, then increasing to $5,200, then about $6,200, which I agreed to. After the work was finished, I received a higher invoice ($6,962), with a stated range up to $8,100 and what appeared to be duplicated labor entries for the same scope done over multiple days. The invoice also references a miscommunication, which reflects the lack of clear pricing from the start. Dealing with the repeated price increases and unclear communication was very stressful, and responses included messages referencing potential lien action. I made a good faith effort to resolve the issue and submitted payment based on the highest agreed amount of $6,200 but did not receive clear communication in return. I strongly recommend getting detailed, fixed pricing in writing before starting any work.

Mr. Handyman is absolutely wonderful. Each part of the process- getting an estimate, getting scheduled, and getting the work done- went smoothly. The office staff were quick to respond, accommodating, friendly, and professional. Alonso, who helped us build our 335 LF split rail fence over 2.5 days, was so skilled and such a wonderful person. He is a truly gifted craftsman who takes pride in his work and treated the project like it was at his own home. We are thankful for the wonderful work and help we received from Mr. Handyman!

I had roof and drywall damage in my garage from a leak at my rental property, and Mr. Handyman sent out a technician named Forrest to take care of it. Since I live out of state, its always stressful coordinating repairs from afar, but Forrest made the entire process incredibly easy. His communication was a 10/10, the pricing was fair and spot on, and everything was handled promptly and professionally. He repaired both the roof and the drywall, and the quality of the work was outstanding it truly looks like the damage never even happened. Knowing everything was handled so efficiently really took the worry out of managing my property from a distance. What a relief to have my list of little projects completed in a timely and efficient manner! Martin listened carefully to my projects and what I wanted done and remembered everything I requested. He was so fast, yet conscious, Martin even accepted a fourth task. It only took him 90 minutes to complete the four jobs, which totally surprised me. One job I thought was a bit of a puzzle. An odd shaped plastic plug needed to go into an odd shaped hole on a toilet seat hinge. Previously two plumbers were unable to get the plug into place. Martin figured out the trick within a couple of minutes! Photos of the plug and the hole provided. Im so happy with this experience that I am already thinking of other things I need to have Mr. Handyman (hopefully Martin) complete. Ive rarely hired a handyman before so I am unaware of prices and what is great, reasonable, or a bargain.

Worst experience ever!! Will never use them again and you shouldn't either. Ryan was the person they sent to repair my cedar fence gate and he was horrible! The 4x4 post he installed was twisted, not level, and in the wrong position! That's just the beginning... at the end of the day he actually asked me if I would mind if he tossed the scrap debris and concrete in the common Green Belt area behind my house! Call anyone but these guys!

pros: Initial consultation was great. The crew showed me alternatives that would be easier, cheaper, and faster with a better aesthetic outcome. This is one of the more respectful companies in town, as I've worked with companies who refuse to interact with women. cons: An unfortunate staffing issue led to a lot of billable hours being spent figuring out the plan. This was out of their control. The 'cheaper' and faster methods did not lower the price from the original estimate. There were several things that I thought were included in the original estimate that I purchased (tile, custom shelving) myself. There's some additional work to do that I believed would be included in the original estimate but will likely do myself, as I am not sure. Overall, they weren't a bad company, and did stay within the estimated range. I would utilize their service again making sure that I further clarified what was included in the original estimate.

What a disaster of a company. Just like the other negative review below my standards are probably too high for them and I was left with a broken door that is now worse than what it was before. Owner is going to come here and write a bunch of blah blah blah. Bottom line is I paid high price to be left with a broken door. Owner wanted me to pay for them to come back and fix their own work, because according to them they were not done. They installed the pocket door incorrectly (doesn't close all the way), broke the handle, glued the handle with putty, did a paint job worse than a 3 year old and installed the door with that paint job, but hey...they were not done and those were minor things according to the owner, so I should pay them to fix it all! Owner said I tried to extort him when I asked for a refund and that I threatened him by saying I was going to write a review and go to small claims court. Very serious threats! And I did it all except small claims court because I got a refund from the credit card company. If not I would definitely go there. They will charge you a very high price to break your house! Be aware.

Mr.Handyman was great at getting things squared away for me. I had a few projects that needed tackling and all were done to satisfaction. There were the typical speed bumps that can come with communication and schedules as they relate to larger jobs, but Scott (the owner) was able to get everything squared away for me with zero hassle. That day I went and got the right parts and called and spoke with Patrick about coming back out. He said he would get back to me. He never did. I called again. He said he would call me when there was a technician that could come out as the beginning of this week. Havent heard anything from Patrick. We spent a lot of money just to be ignored.
