Excellent! I needed a particularly tricky window A/C installed. Dave was awesome. Professional, detail-oriented and super nice. Within 10 minutes of the job having been completed, I received a follow-up call from Carrie (sp?) in the office just to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Carrie, and a nearby unnamed "project manager" consulted, would not even acknowledge/entertain discussion regarding the fact that the wiring task involved data cables and low-voltage thermostat cables. Instead they repeatedly insisted that it required a licensed electrician, "you need an electrician", which is absolutely false. Had they simply stated that they are not comfortable performing this work, I would not be writing this review. Instead, the above statement was made twice, in an authoritative manner as if a licensed electrician is REQUIRED by law. I'll allow the public to interpret what "you need an electrician" means.

Job was completed to my satisfaction, however I did think $400.00+ was excessive to change a wax toilet ring and flange. And then to charge a $10.00 service fee to use a credit card was just adding salt to the wound. My fault for not getting an estimate first.

Have used your services for years, the last service- replacing and installing a dryer vent to vent thru attic, failed after a few months and fell off the mount. we called and you want to charge us for fixing it? Really disappointing. Peter is a great guy- the employee, sadly his employers aren't.

This was our 4th or 5th experience. Always show up on time. Great craftsmanship. Personable workers. They even vacuumed after the job was complete. Will have them back when needed.

Mr. Handyman was excellent. They responded to my inquiry quickly and scheduled the appointment in a timely manner. The service person was on time, polite and professional. He evaluated my issue quickly and went to work. The job was done in less than 30 minutes. Tyler was outstanding. Ask for him. My only comment is that they are not cheap. But, it seems they bring quality people to job.

I needed a new kitchen door, I called Mr Handyman around 9 am on a Tuesday and by around noon on Wednesday I had a new kitchen door. David, Tyler, Tom and Hannah were all kind, professional and the work is excellent. They even mopped my kitchen floor when were finished.

The response was immediate, and the worker arrived same day to evaluate the repairs we needed. The 3rd good thing was Tyler had cabinet experience that allowed him to readily assess the situation. He came back first thing next day and repaired two cabinets back into good working order.

I hired Mr Handyman of Cape Cod for a full bathroom remodel and I love my new bathroom! Plus everyone was great to work with, very polite and professional. We have never used Mr Handyman before in Falmouth. Oh my gosh they sent Steve to our house and he did an amazing job. We had a platform bed that needed disassembling to retro fit a medical bed for a family member . Very detailed yet fast. The raiser fit perfectly inside the platform. Steve also repaired a door that had come off the track and the frame was bent. He was very thorough, personal and super knowledgeable with construction. We are very happy! Thanks Steve!

We needed to replace the recessed light bulbs in a cathedral ceiling and attach a second floor downspout to the house. For Jon Bowden, no job was too small. Just had Peter from Mr Handyman install my storm door purchased a while ago. Got ghosted by the guy who was supposed to install it. Peter was fantastic! The door was the wrong size so he had to cut the trim to fit. He was extremely professional and the door looks fantastic! Highly recommend!

I was referred to Mr Handyman for a kitchen cabinet and backsplash install. From the removal of my old cabinets to the installation of the new the new ones, Andrew did a professional job. Showed up on time, communicated with me during the whole process and cleaned up the mess each day. The tile backsplash came out perfect. Hi David was very punctual at the agreed time of 2pm. Checked the situation with the hanging tree limb. He got his ladder and using his sawzall and trimmed away smaller branches in order to drop the main branch.then we both used a rope to pull the bad one down.he cut up small pieces and put into a pile.job well done very happy with the work!!

We needed window and door trim and Jon B did a perfect job despite the door frame requiring much preparation. The last rain storm revealed clogs in the gutters and Nick quickly and efficiently cleaned them out., We are very pleased with all aspects of the work Mr. Handyman has completed. We just bought a house and the previous owners did no repairs. There are so many things that need to be done. We are thrilled with Jonathan B ! He is highly skilled and knowledgeable on most aspects of home improvement. He instantly assessed the repairs and forged a plan. When outdoor furniture assembly proved too much for me to handle, Jon called for backup and two other men came and got it done!!! From the estimate visit to completion of the work everything was done quickly and cleaning. There were a few surprises revealed during the demo but Steve quickly dealt with those. I really appreciate everyone I have dealt with at Mr. Handyman of Cape Cod and the Islands! I own a rental property and the refrigerator stopped working while guests were there visiting. I was lucky to find a new refrigerator to be delivered in the next day, and someone from Mr. Handyman reached out to me almost immediately to schedule an installation. The person doing the scheduling and the technician were both so communicative, responsive and accommodating. They were also kind enough to dispose of my old refrigerator for a nominal charge. My elderly father tried to replace his own kitchen faucet. Unfortunately he couldnt get the job completed.
