The technician Joel was very conscientious. He covered up the floor and any other work area that he had to. Did the job in a timely manner. He explained some things to me that I needed to know about the care of my new garbage disposal. Would use Mr. Handyman again.

The person was on time. Very personable. Ask questions so my project was done how I wanted it. Had two missing brackets for installation of a cellular sshade. He had them on his truck. Drapery rods and curtains were also installed exactly how I wanted them. Will use Mr. Handyman again.

Never fully completed the job I contracted them for. Terrible communication with me, and between their materials procurement department and the handyman. Rarely picked up the phone, voice mailbox is full, never returned my calls. Sent me an invoice for the work they did do, but the only way to make a payment is via phone so I have been unable to pay them due to the above, and so they are likely to charge me for late payment. Completely terrible service.

Expensive. Unclear pricing with no breakdown of cost per hour or what any possible materials might cost (just a generic email after you book that materials will incur an "upcharge"). Little to no understanding of what the task actually is when they quote it out. Nice handyman, but gutters were not hung properly; all downspouts were 8in to 4ft off the ground.

Out of all the Handyman services in Denver I have used I will never use Mr Handyman again there owner Shawn is a complete clown and shouldn't even be allowed to run a business plus there prices are ridiculous. I was looking to have new light fixtures installed and when I booked the services I asked Jessica how much and she couldn't even give me a ball park range. They rescheduled 3 times before ever showing up and when they did the tech told me it would cost 400 dollars for 1 light fixture that I could do my self when I was younger! After refusing the services they then tried to charge me $150 estimate fee which is what I was hopping to pay to have the light done! All around awful experience ! Look else where .

This company is a Joke Shawn the owner is extremely cheap and makes the techs gouge the clients for materials if they buy $100 in parts they will charge you $300 plus they are supper shady if you ask them to come and check out a small job that shouldn't cost much say replacing a light bulb they will try and charge you $400 no matter what and if you refuse the services they will attempt to collect a $150 "estimate fee. Avoid at all costs !!!

Pretty scammy of the office to have the man immediately charge $400 before knowing the scope of work upon arrival. The guy also haggling by saying give me a $50 tip and Ill reduce the price is absolutely disgusting business. Do not recommend this company under any circumstance.

I needed help installing my dishwasher. Jessica, the scheduler, called me back to ask again what I needed done. They never showed up when scheduled and didnt answer the phone when I tried to call and their mailbox was full, so I couldnt even leave a message. I dont know what the quality of work would have been, but if it was anything like the lack of professionalism showed by Jessica, I think it was a blessing they didnt show up.

Never showed up for services scheduled first time, gave a second chance and Jessica messed that up too, had a repair man show up wk early than scheduled, seriously showed up wk early even after she Jessica called to ask me the customer to clarify the appt. I regret giving them any chance at all reposted them to BBB

Will not give you a quote without paying a $100+ "consultation fee," which then of course is credited back to you if you decide to work with them. This type of paid consultation is NOT normal for handyman services in the area, make sure to do your research. 3 stars because I can't speak to the quality of their work, just that their bidding process needs improvement.

I had a 60 inch floating electrical fireplace I needed hung. Mike showed up on time and had a great attitude from the minute I spoke to him on the phone. He hung my fireplace for me and was so kind to insure it worked properly before he left. I will definitely be contacting Mr. Handyman in the future for all of my needs in my new home!
