After months & months of searching, we found Morse Builders to repair our stucco chimney. We are so happy we did! They were immediately responsive, prompt, efficient, fair & transparent on pricing. And when it comes to the quality of work, they were fantastic. Stucco work is extremely detailed and intricate, and the repair blended seamlessly with our original 1930's stucco. We will definitely be contacting them again for future stucco needs.

I was referred to Glen by a trusted business relationship to go over 2 popcorn ceilings in one of my apartments and tear down a drop down ceiling in another and replace the ceiling. They were on schedule, which was huge as I had 1 month each to renovate the apartments so if they didn't show on schedule, I was at risk for losing more rent. They were one day early on one of the apartments and right on schedule with the second and did excellent work. Not only did they do excellent work, they were personable and Greg is a man with integrity, which is very important to me. I highly recommend them!

For a residential repair. Glen came to the house within hours of my call to look at ceiling damage from a broken water pipe. His quote for repairs was reasonable, and he offered clear details about the work to be done. He was able to start the work very soon. He removed damaged plasterboard, inspected the areas above the ceiling for further signs of damage and contacted me with a plan for repair. The workmanship on the repaired area was first rate! Repairs invisible and whole ceiling repainted so it is good as new! His crew came to do the work promptly and kept the area clean and orderly. The cost for the repair was exactly the estimate quoted and was reasonable. Glen and his workmen were friendly and very easy to work with. This is a first rate company!
