Updated: His guys did the work pretty quickly. I was impressed with how they got into some areas of the crawl space. There could have been more metal supports but they did leave some extra so i was able to add some in myself. Initial: Although i decided to do a DIY job, Gerardo was extremely responsive and very affordable. The customer service was great. I definitely felt like he cared about my situation and really wanted to make it work. I can only speak to his willingness to help and his responsiveness, which was great. Even when i told him that i was going to do the job myself, he was very understanding and polite about it.
