Update: When I was remodeling my bathroom in 2024, I was working with a refitter for the shower, but I called Mohandy for the rest. It involved phased work, and Mo was able to work around my schedule. The work was done well, on-time, and without unexpected expenses. I have since relocated out of state, but I rent the house knowing I have someone I trust to call for upgrades and repairs. .... We contracted with Mohandy to replace our deck which was sinking on one side and so unlevel that it was completely unusable. We also added a pergola. Mohandy communicated very effectively to confirm design and handled all the logistics of permitting, materials, and disposal. They worked to my schedule, and I was never left guessing about the final outcome. I love my new deck, and the workmanship is evident.

This was a our second time using MoHandymen. We hired them in July 2024 to install a new vanity, mirror, light and exhaust in one our upstairs bathrooms. They did an excellent job! Recently, we hired them to remove a bathtub and install a walk-in shower and replace another vanity, mirror and light. Once again, they did a great job! They were awesome to work with! Since moving to the triangle we have struggled finding a handyman, that sort of falls under the umbrella of general handyman, and I'm glad we were able to utilize MoHandyman LLC! From first contact to follow up they were amazing and made everything so easy for us(which is very much appreciated because having twins in the NICU is stressful enough as it is!). They repaired some siding for us and reattached a non broken spigot to the siding and then leak tested and replaced and resealed a vent then paint matched utilizing our paint we supplied. Absolutely flawless work!!!! Can't wait to have them come back out for some other projects in the future!

UPDATE: Mo texted me on 98/20/2023 stated his father died. I expressed my condolences. He offered a refund since we have to hire another company. That has not happened and Mo no longer responds to my messages. As of Based on positive reviews from a couple of people in my subdivision we decided to reach out to Mos Handymen for an estimate to include pressure washing our home, driveway, deck, and screened in porch. Staining/restoring our deck, screened in porch and a couple of other small things. The reviews posted online showed beautifully stain work.. Unfortunately, we did not have a similar experience. Im fact, the work was so bad we asked them to pack up their things. This was after several conversations with Mo letting him know about our dissatisfaction with the work. As well as disappointment he choose not to come to our home to see the poor job for himself. After several back and forth conversations, Mo stated there was a miscommunication and he wanted to make things right. We agreed to have his team return with the understanding they would only work on the deck. If we were pleased with the job then they would work on the screened in porch. I reiterated we were only giving permission for the deck. To find out not only was the deck done poorly the guy actually started our screened in porch, stairs, spindles and railings. I learned from 1 of the guys he doesnt take orders from Mo as he doesnt work for him. He works for another guy he calls the boss. We are communicating with Mo, hes talking to the boss who relays a message to his guy. These guys didnt even have a tarp. Which stained our grass and other areas not meant to be painted. Not sure why this happened when Mo has so many positive reviews. Now we have to pay someone else to come out and restore our deck as well as the screened in porch. We are beyond disappointed. Mo and I worked together on a full home renovation for my first investment property. It was a great experience working with Mo and his team. My property manager was equally impressed with the work and was able to find a tenant within 10 days of posting the listing. There was excellent communication throughout the project and Mo made sure we were happy with the final results, even if that meant some rework. I'll definitely work with Mo again on future projects in the area.

We have contracted with MoHandymen twice, and I'm sure we will do so again for future home needs. Mohammed and his teams work extremely hard and do a fantastic job at reasonable prices. Our first project was a shower replacement and bathroom upgrade including floors and painting. The space went from our least favorite place to our favorite place in the house, and the work has held very well in the couple of years since. We chose high end materials which caused us to go over budget, but were aware of each decision when we made it. The project finished quickly. The second project was a 1st floor remodel, including replacing engineered hardwood and carpet with new engineered hardwood, painting walls and cabinets, shelving work, and mounting a new TV. MoHandymen's quote was reasonable and let us get started faster than we thought-- and in the end, this project came together on time and in budget. Whether it was a small touch up near the end of the project or letting him know something we noticed weeks later, MoHandymen also stood behind the work and quickly came out to fix anything and everything we noticed needed attention. I would highly recommend MoHandymen to anyone, and will be hiring them for future projects too! Edit: had another small service done by Mohandymen, same great experience as always.

Great job as always by Mo and team. A year ago Mo fixed a bathroom remodel for my primary bath that was originally completed by another contractor. Mo is always responsive, timely and explains the process. Great craftsmanship and the guys cleaned up each day before they left. I also had an electronic window treatment fixed.
