It was late one evening when I was experiencing a plumbing issue that needed to be addressed that night. Although already booked for the evening, Jeff was able to swing by to help us out on his way home. He was able to repair our plumbing issues, answer all my questions and even more importantly, the issue has stayed fixed. I would definitely hire again.

We used Mission Handyman services over the weekend on a high emergency situation... no hot water and the tank was shot. Couldnt be repaired. He had the whole job coordinated with our tenant and got her back up and running with a new tank that same day. We really appreciate his knowledge and work ethic! Jeff Norsen , owner, gets a 5 star rating from me bc he: 1.explains what hes going to do and then does exactly that. 2.keeps his appts & is on time, calling if theres an issue!! 3.is skilled & knowledgeable 4. is respectful & curteous. 5. charges reasonable prices 6. gives a repeatcustomer discount ( how sweet is that ?!) altho Id use him anyway bc its so great to have someone you trust. My front steps were a hazard- boards springing up, the brackets on the support beams rusted completely out, it was a gamble for my 70lb dog and myself every time we went in or out of the house. Jeff was able to get the entire job done in less than a day. The work ethic this guy has is incredible. He worked diligently the entire time. He gave his recommendation on the best way to replace and repair the steps, and let me know ahead of time how much it would cost. The steps are now completely solid and beautiful! Jeff was meticulous about even the small details. Considering the thoroughness of his work and very reasonable pricing, I highly recommend him for any job. I will certainly be utilizing his services again!
