Tim, owner of this business, does unprofessional work. He repaired stucco cracks at a property in January 2020. After the rains of Feb/March 2024 I had mold INSIDE on two walls. This was caused by water intrusion coming through the SAME cracks that had reappeared. I contacted Tim who blamed everything on the drainage - which was installed at the time of the stucco repair by him working in collaboration with a contractor. This drainage is in the same condition as at installation with no additional mud build up. When I phoned him his wife intervened on the call stating that this building was built without a foundation over 100 years ago - all of which is false. Tim has refused to go out and look at these cracks in exactly the same place as the ones he "repaired." He will not take any responsibility for his work that he said was warranted. I have paid thousands of dollars for the mold remediation. Do not use this business.

Tim was such a pleasure to work with. He came out on a Saturday to give us a bid and was working on the project that next Wednesday. His price seemed reasonable and we were more than happy with the results! We will not hesitate to call Tim again and would highly recommend him!
