During a refresh/remodel of our 30 year old home, we wanted to tackle the master bath. After meeting with Jordan, we knew we had the contractor for our project! Jordan and Joe were in constant communication and were able to help us every step of the way from adjusting the estimate to our budget to helping us select the proper materials. Anytime we had a question (and we had a lot!), just about an instant reply from one or both! Everything about MGC was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their crews were kind, polite, and did high-quality work with extreme detail to perfection. The thing that truly amazed me with MGC is when we had a totally unrelated incident from our fridge water line leaking and flooding our kitchen floor. Joe rushed over to our house at 6:30pm (yes, 6:30pm) to help us out staying close to 8:30pm as we took out a cabinet and our kitchen wood flooring. He got us in touch with his flooring guy and plumber even covering the cost of the plumbing repairs in the kitchen....even though it had NOTHING to do with their scope of work. How many contractors would do that?! It just goes to show what kind of class MGC has and how much they truly care about their customers. Anytime we need work done, MGC will be our first and *only* call. We can't wait to work with Joe, Jordan, and MGC again!

What really stood out was the excellent craftsmanship and communication. I was updated daily on progress and timelines. The workers were respectful of my home and very friendly. They put up a plastic barrier around the worksite which prevented any dust or debris from leaving the work area. MGC replaced entryway tile over gypcrete that has floor radiant heat. The previous tile had cracks due to house settling or movement, which was a concern. They used the latest materials and methods which should prevent anything like this happening again. The workmanship is excellent and the floor is beautiful.
