Recently used as appointed by the home warranty company. They were quick to come out and get the work done, but as the Landlord, I requsted a report detailing the work that was completed along with any pictures so that I can have documentation for me records but they refused to do so.

The team installed a drywall access hatch through my HSA home warranty. The workmanship was solid, and they were polite and professional while on-site. However, they canceled our first appointment after they were already supposed to arrive, and for the rescheduled visit, they showed up 1.5 hours late. In their defense, the weather was rough that day. Communication was a bit challenging as they didnt speak English well, but they were friendly and got the job done.

Worst experience with this company, AHS sent MENACI company. When they came over, they did not do their job correctly. We called AHS company back and told them they did not finish their job They made worse my ceiling, and they made bump on the ceiling.They did not doing there job correctly I am so frustrated from this company, dont ever hire this Company to get your job Done

Top notch work. I'm a homeowner building in Burbank. I received 4 other estimates and spoke to many people. I needed 150 sheets of drywall installed and finished- this was by far the most drywall I ever needed. After meeting Ciro, I felt comfortable and had a very positive feeling about his character. He quoted a fair price and we finalized the job that day. They did a level 5 finish in the living room, kitchen and baths. It's the first time I ever had level 5- the walls are perfectly smooth from floor to ceiling. I'm very happy with the results. Thank you Ciro.

American Home Shield (AHS) sent Menaci Design Drywall to fix a drywall in my dining room after a pipe leak investigation. Two young guys came from Menaci and made an absolute poorest & hideous drywall job. I called AHS for options and alternatives but told me they could re-dispatch Menaci. Apparently, Menaci is the only drywall company AHS contracts with. I contacted Menaci several times and left a message. I received a call back 3-4 days later. By that time, I had started to give up and decided to call a professional drywall technician to do the job right. I also hoped AHS/Mencai might reimburse for it. But no luck. All Menaci said was it could resend a technician. But I had no faith in their workmanship. My contractor completely dismantled Menacis poorly acquired and assembled drywall finish and started from scratch & performed an excellent job. See the before and after photos. I understand all AHS/Menaci expected to do is just a rough finish and best effort. But it did neither it was simply unacceptable. Stay away from Menaci. And I wish AHS provided better contractor selection or allowed customers the option to get the job done right and reimburse them!
