Good subcontractors are hard to find. Crews show up, do the work, clean up, and the finishes come out right. Their estimating team pays attention to plan details that are missed by others. Prior to work they take note of all electrical and plumbing. That's honestly all I need. We build in San Diego and the bar is high. They clear it every time. Would recommend.

This rating is based primarily on the lack of communication on Medina Drywall's part. They get a star for at least replying, unlike Vargas Drywall. If you're reading this, and need a quote for drywall, be prepared to wait on Medina Drywall, Vargas Drywall, and Drywall Patch Guys. I want to support small businesses, but I also have to get the job done and can't wait and keep following up like I'm working with a distracted child.

Medina Dywall was one of the best experiences with a contractor that Ive had. Raul was incredibly attentive and detail oriented, answered my many many questions, worked through different solutions for problematic walls, was a great communicator by keeping me up to date about progress, went above and beyond to make sure all my requests were full filled and triple checked the work to make sure it was up to standard. I highly recommend and will certain use their services in the future.

It was a unique patch - floor to ceiling, no studs. Was concerned about settling and changes. Raul came out, examined the work, assured us it would not settle, and did some extra clean up we didn't notice. Very pleased with the work and the after-care. Definately call them again.

I'm very satisfied with the quality of work that raul did on my bathroom cileing that needed repair due to a roof leak;; He was polite , well mannered and respectful.. He completed the task in a timely fashion and clean up after himself, I refer him to the public for the ones looking for drywall repair
