From the first Meeting with Michael S and then Lucas and his team the entire experience was excellent in this world of people never doing what they say. I have already referred McLains to a friend with a much more complex job and he signed up for Lucas and his team. They are a 10. I recently had some McLain carpenters out to repair the steps to our deck. The project grew as more damage was uncovered. Jason Kelly (supervisor) and Hobert Revins repaired all the damage although it was significantly worse than expected. They did a great job and in fact the steps look better than the original builders work. I would highly recommend McLain for carpentry and painting. I just had Lucas and Madeline complete a 2 day diverse job and as usual they were on time and did an outstanding job. This was touch up and repair and other than the house looking great you could not tell they were here. I highly recommend McLain and Lucas for any paint or carpentry jobs. 5/13-16/26 Again Lucas and Levi did an outstanding job on our exterior. Their attention to detail is excellent. If I could give 6 stars, I would. McLain's washed and stained my nine-year old deck, which also involved some sanding and light repair work. From the first meeting with Levi Hall, the estimator, to meeting with Jason Kelley, the crew leader, the whole process was first class. Jason and his entire crew, Nick, Carlin, Madeline, and Nelson were friendly and respectful. The deck looks AMAZING. I am honestly not sure anyone could have a more professioal experience than I did. We had to make a couple of minor changes from the original plan, and both Levi and Jason were very responsive as well as super easy to work with. I set a high bar for any work I have done, and McLain's exceeded that bar. I can't recommend them enough.

I had McLains come to re-wallpaper a powder room of mine. Lucas, Dave, Madeline, and Cisco handled everything from the estimate and oversight to removing the wallpaper, priming the walls, and hanging the wallpaper. They couldnt have been more professional from start to finish. Wallpaper can be tricky, and its not something you should leave to family or neighbors! I chose a very dark pattern, and it had to be hung expertly or it would have looked awful.

I highly recommend McLains for any of your painting needs. I recently had the greatest crew of employees paint the entire interior of my home, which also included my baseboards and doors. If youre looking for professionals who are hardworking, show up early, trustworthy and courteous give McLains a call. My Crew Leader Josh was there each day for over a week, overseeing the project with such a positive attitude, strong work ethic and an objective to make sure the needs for my home were met. Joshs personality always set a positive tone for the day. Nick ( a master painter ) ensured my red dining room was painted perfectly and paid such strict attention to detail throughout my house. Miguel and Gloria arrived outside of my home at least 20-30 minutes early each day, they were very dedicated to walking through the house with me at the end of each day, to ensure I was happy with the painting. They both were very hands on with my baseboards, doors, etc. Cole was the youngest of my crew, but shared the same work ethic. He did a phenomenal job painting over 3 layers of sponge painting that was a few decades old, making the room bright with a brand new appeal. Matt served as the Field Coordinator on my painting project and each time he and Josh met with my husband and I....we always felt comfortable, respected and valued. I will also mention I was extremely impressed that McLains has Christ Centered Values. The employees are a direct reflection. I did not shop around for a painting company. Lucas, the crew leader, came to our home on the Friday before the project was to begin the following Monday. He explained the whole process and answered any questions we had at that time. Once the project started, every evening Lucas went over what they had accomplished for the day and what the schedule would be the next day, and this was done throughout the whole project. I was very impressed with the planning for our project and how smoothly it ran. Dave, one of the painters, deserves to be commended for his hard work and effort he displayed while here. The other painter here, Erhan I believe ??, also worked very hard during the project. The doors were painted in their shop and the quality was great. This job was very successful!

Jan 2026- We continue to highly recommend McLains painting. At every step, from a thorough estimation with Levi, to contract preparation to construction and painting, they provide careful and precise work. They recently worked in our garage - repairing sheet rock, installing a stair handrail, and painting the ceiling, walls and trim. It was not an easy job but they did a marvelous job. The carpenters asked several questions before beginning work to ensure the final result was what we wanted. The carpenters did an amazing job. Jason, the crew leader, was on site throughout the project to keep it running smoothly. The crew (Nelson, Braeden, Jaxon, Shawn, and Carlin, ) were very professional and respectful of our home. They checked with us multiple times regarding the finishes and provided great suggestions. Each day, the area was clean and organized for the next days work. We appreciate all their hard work and will use them again for future projects! Jan 2025- We have used McLains painting multiple times. This most recent project was an interior job completed yesterday. They painted our living room, foyer, and stairway and repaired rotten wood around an existing skylight. This project involved very high ceilings and multiple angles. The crew worked very efficiently and did a great job cleaning up. Levi gave us a very thorough and complete estimate . Danielle provided excellent info from the office. Jason Kelley was the crew leader for the Marble City Magic Team and did a great job communicating and Andy, Braeden, Will, Muhammad and Jaxson were very detail oriented and careful with their work. Summer 2024- This week they completed an exterior job- cleaning, repairing and painting the front of our house.Levi gave us a very detailed estimate at the beginning of the process which helped us plan the work. Jason Kelley was a great crew leader and communicated with us throughout the project. The K Town Kraftsmen and Marble City Magic crews worked on this project, which included Jonathan, Joan, David, Muhammad, Michael, Braeden, and Tyler. They were very careful pressure washing the house first and then did detailed painting on a challenging project. Matt Hall was the field manager and checked in on the crew to make sure things were running smoothly. Hobie and Jesse did a wonderful job making several carpentry repairs and communicated so well. The office staff Ceann and Cassie were very helpful and prompt in arranging dates and payment. We appreciate such great service and will be using them again in the future! Jan 2024- Rodney and Tyler did an amazing job on the primary bedroom/bath at our home. They were so professional and did an excellent job communicating with us all the way through this project. They were very careful with our furniture and left the space immaculate at the end of the job. We could not be more pleased. Levi was very thorough in his estimation process and answered many questions. The communication and organization from Erin in McLains business office and Lucas as crew leader were also excellent. Had a great experience with McLain's Painting. It started with Daniel coming out to the house to review my needed plaster repairs on my knock down plaster walls, (not easy to repair). Daniel was very thorough, took pictures and explained the process and pricing. Next Josh came over 4 days before the work was to start, reviewed everything with me, talked through the process and timing. Then Nick came to start the repairs (on time). This was the most professional company we have ever worked with. They are there on time at 8:00 (even early!) every day. They work right up until 4:30. They have team meetings to get everyone on the same page before they start each day. The work is done beautifully. When we had questions, they were answered promptly. This is the 2nd job we have had McLains do for us. They are our go to company for painting needs. Another bonus in working with McLains is they provide a color consultation with Rowan Hall Interiors. Weve worked with both the owners, Allie Rowan, and Sylvia Rasch, a consultant. Both were phenomenal. Finally, Danny Downs, our Estimator, is top notch. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with him!
