Jason at Mathew Lorand Roofing and his crew are very punctual, and very thorough in inspecting your roof. We had a minor vent pipe that was damaged, and the repair was done the very next day. He was upfront about the condition of our roof, as in it does not need to be replaced! I would like to share my experience with Matthew Lorand Roofing & Restoration. They were highly recommended to me by a very good friend, who said that they could help me with getting my roof replaced quickly. I had hired another roofing company, and left a large deposit with them. I tried to reach the other roofing company for over 2 months, with no return calls or texts received to schedule the install. I was nearing the two year time limit (within days) from the date of loss, that was filed with my insurance company. That's when my friend suggested calling Matthew Lorand Roofing & Restoration. Mr. Jason Joseph responded quickly to me, and agreed to install the new roof, with no money paid until the project was completed. The new roof was installed in just a few days, and the insurance company paid for my claim. Through all of this, Mr. Jason Joseph was very professional, and kept in close contact with me about the project. The crew that works Matthew Lorand Roofing were also very professional. They answered all of my questions, and address my concerns with the new roof. They also laid out tarps on the ground, and cleaned up the yard after the old roof was removed, and the new roof installed. The new roof looks great, using upgraded GAF shingles that should last for many, many years. I highly recommend Matthew Lorand Roofing & Restoration. They are outstanding with their work, using the best materials, and went over and beyond their service to restore my roof to like new condition. I can not say enough good things about them. Two years later after being hit with a hail storm I needed my roof replaced. Insurance company sent their adjuster denying my claim. I reached back out to Jason Joseph at Matthew Lorand Roofing for help. He knew what and how to help with my insurance claim working directly with my claim agent to get my claim approved. On the day of the install I needed a few branches over hanging the roof that were touching the shingles to be removed. His crew happily cut the branches without an upcharge. They stripped the roof of the old shingles, installed the new roof, solar attic fan, and cleaned up my yard all in the same day. Just before the next storm. Fantastic roofing company! We had a water leak on our front porch during a rainstorm, so we called Matthew Lorand Roofing. They came out, assessed the situation and saw significant hail damage and some rotting in places on the roof, which caused the leaking. I had a roof leak that showed up during a hard downpour and caused dripping through a light fixture. I placed a bucket under it and went back to sleep. By morning the rain had not stopped and the roof leak had expanded into multiple leaks. Drat! My son had used M. Lorand for a roof repair and recommended them highly. I called them, nervously prepared for another Austin contractors spiel of the only way to fix the roof is to replace the entire thing PLUS youll need to switch your lawn service to us and well have to refurbish your pool as well. But thats not what I heard. I was pleasantly surprised to hear, Well send a tech by today and hell figure out whats necessary to fix your leaks. Five days later my roof was repaired Spanish tiles carefully removed, a portion of decking replaced, a quality adhesive roof liner applied and my Spanish tiles all replaced as if the previous week had never happened and all at a no-pressure extremely reasonable cost. I live in an expensive neighborhood on Lake Austin and I have sent all of my neighbors an email touting M. Lorands service (and price!). Im extremely happy.

In April of 2025 we had a significant hail storm in our neighborhood and I had over 10 roofing contractors come by my house and knock on my door wanting to inspect my roof. What jumped out most for me was that they have been in business 27 years and have incredible reviews. I made the initial phone call and the next day they sent out a Project Manager and climbed on the roof, made an assessment that there was enough damage for replacement. I filed the claim and it was approved by my insurance company. What I loved about the process was that I paid Matthew Lorand Roofing the amount I received from my insurance company plus my deductible after the roof was completed which was about 1/2 the cost of repairs because my insurance company held back my roof depreciation until I had the roof replaced. Matthew Loarnd Roofing worked directly with my insurance company keeping them updated on the repairs until finally the insurance company sent the depreciation amount to me. And at no time did anyone from Matthew Lorand Roofing ask me to pay in full or any additional payment until I finally received the remaining money from my insurance company. The roof replacement install was absolutely seamless and was completed in one day, workers were polite and courteous and cleaned up meticulously. 100% would recommend their services.

Incredible Service Even Months Later! I hired this company last year to replace my roof shingles and repair some flashing, and they did an amazing job.
