Once again, Martin and his crew have come to the rescue! My home on the Oregon Coast sprung several leaks and was in need of an emergency roof replacement, and Martin expedited the work to take advantage of some rare dry weather and minimize interior damage! As always his crew was fast efficient and courteous! I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Martin and his crew!

I got three estimates for replacing my deck at the coast. It had to be taken all the way down due to rusting hangers and nails. It was a big project. Martins bid was not the lowest but it was the VERY BEST on quality and knowledge. Martin and his crew are skilled laborers, not just carpenters. I have a beautiful deck with all stainless steel hardware. It is so well built my neighbor jokingly said we could land a helicopter up there if need be! Martin is polite, respectful and listened to me. Great experience. Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Martin's! I hired Martin and his crew to replace siding on one side of my house that was compromised, but upon tear off found EXTENSIVE underlying dry rot that essentially required the entire wall - three stories - to be removed and replaced, structurally and inside and out finishes. Martin was on top of every aspect of the project, from shepherding the permit through the City, to materials deliveries, to overseeing his crew. His crew were at work every day, on time, and worked all day every day! Martin was always available by phone - unheard of in this day and age... The finish project is amazing - it looks like the damage never happened. Although I am retired now, in my career I was a professional Construction Manager, and I rarely found contractors as responsive and thorough who did the quality work that Martin and his crew do. Highly recommended - you won't be disappointed!

After the job they piled all trash in one location as requested, Im sure they would have hauled it off if it were in the contract.

Can't say enough good about Martin and his guys. Started with a siding job that turned into a nightmare of literally replacing one entire wall of my three story house inside and out due to underlying dry rot. Martin was on top of every aspect of the project from the beginning, from estimating to materials management to shepherding the permit through the Building Department. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, always answered my phone calls and questions, addressed any concerns I had promptly and effectively, and was on site almost every day to oversee the work and give his guys direction. His crews are hard working! They were on the job every day, and were always on time (if not early) and worked all day every day! They were also highly skillful, polite and respectful. They cleaned up the job site daily, and did a thorough final cleanup when the job was done. The finished product looks extremely professional and blends in with the rest of the house like it never happened. It was a pleasure working with Martin; I will have him back in the future when other projects arise, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and hardworking contractor - very hard to find these days! Thank you Martin!

Martin went over to the property location in Lincoln City the same day I called him. He looked at the carpentry project we needed help with. After that, nothing--no estimate, and no response to our calls or emails. We could have used the time we spent waiting and thinking he was working on an estimate, to find another contractor. I wish contractors like this would let me know if they're passing on the job, especially if they've already made an in-person contact. Why waste people's time? This can't be good for word-of-mouth.
