Like so many others and to include my church here in North Port who sustained damage from hurricane Ian; Sept. 2022 I was beside myself trying to find a reliable and responsive General Contractor. From Stephen who came out 3 seperate times to discuss the various issues that needed repair and provide estimates; to my personalable and personally assigned project manager Ben DeVoe who was on site on days of work. Ben was a true communicator and ALWAYS kept me abreast of what to expect and made sure any concerns I had would be recitified and a lot of the time by him. Ben was a true gem. Al the other project mgr would also stop by when time permitted; to lend a hand and support. Paul the owner, always and every time answered my phone calls which truly shocked me at his responsiveness. I'm sooo happy the folks at my church recommended this company. You won't be dissappointed! Maloney Homes went above and beyond with our kitchen remodel after a dishwasher leak that meant replacing cabinets, countertops and flooring throughout the house. Communication was noticeably better than we've experienced with anyone else. Nice people, easy to work with... it's great to now have a go-to contractor given the frequent hurricanes! Five stars for sure.

They deserve 10 stars! Our church recently underwent significant repairs after Hurricane Ian (and while painstakingly waiting on FEMA) Hurricane Debby came to town 2 years later! Now, over 2 years after Ian we began repairs. We found Maloney Homes! The exceptional work performed by Maloney Homes was outstanding. From the moment we signed the contract, we knew we were in excellent hands. Their professionalism and deep knowledge were evident throughout the entire process, and they consistently went above and beyond to meet our needs. It truly felt like they became an extension of our own team! Stephen and Ben, the foremen on our project, were absolutely outstanding. Their time management was impeccable, and they were always willing to take the time to clearly explain everything to us, we trusted them with access to our church and allowed them to enter when they needed to. They were a pleasure to work with. And we can't say enough good things about Paul, the owner. He was incredibly accessible, personally answering his phone whenever we had questions. This level of dedication and personal attention is rare and greatly appreciated. I'm so glad I hired Maloney Homes! After hurricane Ian, I had great difficulty finding a contractor that could do everything I needed to get my home back together, but Maloney Homes took on the job. As a person who pays close attention to details, I am VERY happy with the quality of work performed at my home. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and patient with my questions. They were reliable, actually showing up when they said they would. Phone calls were always returned more quickly than I expected, and never rushed, making me feel like getting my job completed to my satisfaction was very important to them. I appreciated that they followed up to make sure I was happy before sending me the final bill. Great company to work with!

During hurricane Ian my shed was destroyed. Rather than rebuilding a new shed, I decided to look for a company that could turn my carport into a garage. After calling about 15-20 different companies. That last one I called told me to give Paul Maloney a call and right from the start Maloney home accepted the job and started working. Throughout the entire process Paul did a great job communicating each step and was always there to answer any questions I had. At the end I am very happy with how the garage turned out and I would definitely give them a call if you need any work/builds done!

In the 6 months after the hurricane Ian tragedy, I must have contacted over a dozen other contractors. Most didn't even return calls or respond to the online requests for assistance. Four or five did and they lead me to believe that there was hope of repairs to my home and my life. Nerves were shattered. Four of the five came back to me with various reasons why they were no longer interested or otherwise decided not to participate in the restoration. One referred me to Maloney Homes. We met, we talked, we scheduled, we signed. After signing, I was kept informed as to the status and progress and lead time. This is very important to me. It provided a sense that the project was going to be starting and would be completed. If ever needed, they will provide the necessary work needed in a professional manner as they did the first time.

Paul and Al were on top of everything. Nelson's crew were real artisans. Maloney Homes replaced all of my sheetrock and painted both interior and exterior after hurricane Ian. While they were finishing up painting another contractor arrived to install new flooring. They integrated their work schedules so there was no interference. Should we ever have such need again we would use Maloney Homes for all of our contractor needs. Many thanks, Bill
