ALL of my calls and texts were returned quickly and with the information I needed! We paid our deposit in the fall for a spring job. Spring came and Tucker made contact right away. They truly bring new meaning to no job is too big. I manage the maintenance department for a 400-room hotel with extensive banquet, meeting, restaurant, and public spaces. We reached out to Maki Painting & Maintenance as we needed to have all our upper level base boards, trim And doors repainted as well as where the wall meets the trim to clean up the lines. We also had to have a bedroom fully repainted (walls and ceiling). From the first initial contact to the end of the project, they kept me informed and updated on where they were at with everything. The quoting process was easy and efficient and very fair considering the level of detail I was asking for with all the trim work. Maki Painting ended up to be great experience. They came right away when I requested an estimate. They scheduled the job and showed up when expected. As far as the work that was done . . ,superb! They were here for a couple of days as was also expected! At the end of each day they cleaned up the area where they were working. They had to do some patching of walls where some shelves had been removed. I mean there were 48 holes that needed to be filled and you can not tell where a single one of the patches are! Maki painted my house back in 2024, and I waited to leave a review until it had been a year to ensure things held up. I did a perimeter walk this weekend, and everything has held up fantastic. They were prompt, got me into the schedule in a timely fashion, thoroughly cleaned up before and after, and did a fantastic job with the paint. I got 2 coats since we changed colors, and it really pops - even on the older cedar siding. They also did a great job of cleaning up some of the damaged boards and trim. Once completed, I allowed them to put signs in the yard for advertising, and a few other neighbors were so impressed they also had Maki paint their houses - which also still look fantastic! So we had our house painted very late last year. We also had some trouble with rain coming in shortly after the house was painted. This caused some of the gutters to have some ripples and bubbles in the paint. I was a bit worried that I was going to get stuck with the outcome. Nope!
