***DO NOT HIRE*** One of the worst drywall contractors Ive ever encountered. They were selected as the subcontractor by the home developer. Initial work looked subpar, when it came to the annual review, Machine Drywall refused to complete the work needed to make the appropriate repairs. The worker was throughly annoyed he was even in my house to begin with. Worker only agreed to complete work explicitly identified on his paper even though additional errors caused by their own install were clearly sometimes 2-5 inches away from the area they were repairing. Patched one area because it was listed, acted like the other two instances of the same issue right next to the original repair was non-existent. And the worst part is they created the exact issue they refused to repair due to poor craftsmanship from the job. *** If what youre looking for is a job completed properly and someone who will stand behind the quality of their work, then do yourself a HUGE favor and look ELSEWHERE*** (For the record, 1 star is half a star too high)
