Pros: - Good work, thorough, took the time to do the little details that make it look really nice - Friendly - Came and did touch-up work for free, which I really appreciated - Fair price for the work Cons: - Late or early every single day, sometimes leaving me waiting for hours with no communication - Very loud on the phone while working - Smoked right outside my open front door and left cigarette butts in my yard - There is debris on my porch that I've been trying to get them to clean up for TWO WEEKS and all I get back is "I'll pick up trash tomorrow morning, I apologize for the delay" and then no one ever shows up

Juan and his crew did a good, clean job on my outdoor brick. The team that came out worked hard to complete almost everything on the front part of my house in one day . Its important to keep the lines of communication open with Juan and his team about what you would like to be done, and if something isnt right they will work hard to fix it. Be aware that they require a deposit and full payment when the project begins, so make sure you communicate all the details about your project beforehand.

Would not recommend this company Bad communications No show and late repeated over a month Bad workmanship which was verified by Juan On same day he told us he would bring a team out to clean up mess and start over with spray which is what it was suppose to be to start with He withdrew full amount of job 2200 from my credit card instead of his 10% Job is not done, I will need to hire professional to come out and get caked on mineral material off fireplace and advise on how to redo it Juan did offer to come back and repair and redo job but after I seen 2200 withdrawn from credit card I lost his trust. Been going on one month trying to get a fireplace painted ??????? Beware !!!!!!!! I give him one star for personality, nice guy when you can get a hold of him

Millennials Painting painted my entire condo, kitchen cabinets and replaced my kitchen countertops and installed a backsplash in the kitchen. What a difference, looks amazing! Very impressive prep work to clean and tape everything off. So many compliments on the work, especially the cabinets.

Update: Some of the paint is coming off of the walls. He wanted to come back to fix everything, but I'm hesitant because they couldn't get a $6k job done right the first time. I used their services to repaint my townhome. All together, it cost a little over $6,000. I'm leaving this review months after the service is complete. Juan is a nice guy and was very professional. Unfortunately, the professionalism his crew had wasn't good. There were instances where they didn't show up, refused to work on schedule, and cut corners. A 1 week project turned into a 3 week project and cut into my contractors work days. When they were running behind, Juan showed up and completed two rooms by himself. After the job was complete, I found some minor issues and Juan came to fix it. Pros: Responsive Polite Communicative When Juan is there, he puts 100% into everything. Cons: Lack efficiency Used cheap paint so now every mark on the wall is permanent Didn't paint behind fridge and washer/dryer (I would be fine with this if I didn't pay full price for the kitchen and laundry room) They would have painted behind the fridge and washer/dryer or refunded the difference if I saw this in time. Unfortunately I saw this a month or two later.

We hired them to paint/repair a picket fence, cedar siding and trim as well as our windows and some interior work. Some of the windows were beyond repair and we ordered replacements well before the project started but they took a very long time to arrive and get installed by the manufacturer who kept pushing the delivery back. This was out of the painters hands but they went out of their way to accommodate us. They finished everything they could before winter and came back in the spring to finish the project. They also pre made and painted several extra pickets for our fence so we have them on hand for future use. Inside we had a very detailed project and they did a meticulous job spraying the new window trim and window grills with high gloss paint. The crew was prompt and professional and the manager was frequently on site to monitor quality and make sure we were satisfied with the work.
