Luke came to my home on a Saturday to give me estimate of a ceiling repair. He said he was a month behind in jobs but mine would only take 3-4 days. He said he would email estimate to me. After 6 days of no response I texted him & hinted that I was hoping to receive estimate the following week - he replied that he would work on it that weekend.... that was October 1st & here it is October 27th & no estimate or reply!! I would have thought he would have been more professional & called to let me know he just didnt have the time or job was too small, etc. As it stands now I will never use his company and would never recommend him. Whatever happened to customer service and company pride?
