After some hail and a crazy Albuquerque wind storm damaged my roof, I reached out to a few roofers for a quote. One company never showed, another showed and said they would call with a quote but never did, then there was Victor with Luckys Roofing who came on time, gave me a fair quote and provided stellar customer service. Victor not only has one of the best beards in Albuquerque but was knowledgeable, informative, and had all the patience in the world when I couldn't decide on a shingle color. He helped me every step of the way and I couldn't be more grateful. After getting insurance info squared away, and making my color selections, the roofing team arrived early in the morning to get started. They were friendly and worked quickly to get my old shingles removed and get the roof prepped for new shingles. They used quality materials and did an amazing job. I asked if they could help me install a power roof vent and they took care of EVERYTHING. NOW THATS AMAZING SERVICE! They went above and beyond my expectations. The end results are impressive. The new roof looks great! My neighbors have complimented it. The roofing team cleaned up well after the project. The owner of the company, Humberto, stopped by and personally spoke with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the job - and I was. Although the workers were careful while removing my old shingles, a rogue shingle made a little hole in one of my window screens (it happens - no big deal). These guys fixed it within 24 hours. This is a great example of their trustworthiness and responsiveness. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, to the best of their ability. I'm glad I went with Luckys. I feel like I wasted my time calling other roofers before learning about these guys. If I ever need a roof in the future, I'll use Luckys Roofing. If family member or friend ever needs a new roof, I'll recommend Luckys Roofing. And I have no problem recommending them to you. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

He not only fixed the leak in our roof, he spent some time looking over the whole roof to give us an evaluation. Really help us in a professional manner. Very kind and caring and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We will call him when we are in need of more roof work.

Lucky's crew took such good care of me. They made me feel like I was the only job they had and that that job was excellence. They handled EVERYTHING (and I mean EVERYTHING). They assisted in the process with the insurance adjuster and insurance company. They helped to educate me with that which I was not aware of. When extras were needed that I worried about, they handled it with ease and like it was no big deal. They even went above and beyond to help me with a problem that arose that had nothing to do with my roof and they didn't just help, they made it like that problem never happened. They paid attention to detail and are very talented. I was impressed over and over again throughout the project. They made me feel like they were my roof TEAM. They did three roofs of mine in three days. Amazing! They worked like a well-oiled machine. They were so respectful and compassionate to my place. They really handled me with care. And my goodness...my roofs! They are beautiful! They added to the aesthetic of my property as well as the value. Getting a new roof, as I've heard, can be a painstaking process. Not for me. If I had ever held off on getting it done, maybe it was so that Lucky's could be found. You will be very glad you chose Lucky's, Humberto and Victor and their crew.
